I bought this tarp after bcf tarps lasted about 2 years covering my boat ,thought I would try another brand as it was mentioned to be UV treatedOnly lasted from June to December before it completely disintegrated in the mostly winter sunlight

Decent tarp BUT marks/surface scratches all over it. Which means it may not last as long as it should. Quality of products are getting worse and worse by the second. It is quite disgusting these items should be cheaper. $10 for this tarp would be a correct valuation.

Would not recommend this tarp. When we put it up we noticed small holes all over the trap and scratch marks. Within an hour of putting it up in low wind some of the eyelets pulled straight out from the poles. That night one of the poles pulled straight through the side of the tarp and the end rubber bits are all pulling out. We have camped with tarps for years and never had a problem.
Good quality tarp used to cover an old car over winter. Perfect size and cheaper than a car cover which is often not as effective due to their porous nature, unless you fork out for the premium covers which will set you back a spare kidney.
I bought this tarp as an emergency cover for my chooks as they are apparently allergic to rain lol. It was perfect for the area I needed covered kept everything dry and was not damaged placing it over chicken wire. It's a great sturdy tarp and wKept in place when the wind picked up
I bought this to put over my existing 10 year old boat cover until i can afford a new cover.It lasted less than 100 days; areas of the tarp that were in full sun every day faded quickly reducing the materials strength and ultimately tore thru.Areas that were in shade/part-shade appear to be ok, however the tarp has torn so badly in the sun affected areas that its a throw away.I'd originally thought that if i got 1 year out of it i'd be happy; you get what you pay for; but even i was surprised how long it didnt last.To be fair, this item would be better suited for camping where the intended purpose is for additional shade/cover for a few days in filtered light ie: under trees etc then put away.
I am on my second largest SCA Premium Tarp. They are supposed to be solar resistant but the first one rotted in no time. Changed by Supercheap with no issues. Removed the second one from my trailer tent today (13/1/22) and when folding it split. Again solar damaged. I will try and change it again.
It was purchased to replace the previous one from Supercheapauto lasted for over 5 years. It is still useable just got a few holes so a not water proof. Very tough product and it covers the trailer with a bit of a wraparound.
I have actually had good experiences with these tarps. One has been providing a roof over our chook house for more than two years and remains in good condition. It's survived several storms and years of tropical sun.
