I bought these at the introductory price and consider them reasonable value at that price. The wheels in particular look solid. I have one under a set of 19" wheels fitted with 235/35 tyres; I can push them around easily on an unpainted concrete floor and its stable. I have another under a set of 19" wheels without tyres; the wheels tend to slide if pushed so I've attached a strap to the dolly to pull it around. I note that the product description does not mention wheels alone so that's not a criticism of the product. I'm happy.

This tyre dolly is very useful for small spaces. You can load it and move it out of the way until you need it again.
