Easy to add on to racetrack and so much fun jumping the cars and knocking your opposition off the track around the bends,. My Dad and his friends had as much fun as me and mine.Definitely recommend it. Great value.

I bought this really excited to finally connect this to my American Classics set, only to find out, no matter how many configurations I tried it didn't connect. Fix your track please. I was really sad.

Off all the possible track upgrades this one is the bang for the buck. It is a fun corner. The squeeze lane puts some action to the race. It looks awesome with all of the railings. If you try to buy the railings separate you will spend as much as this whole corner set which is why I say it is great bang for the buck. I would also keep various sizes of small straight away extentions, 2 inch, 4 inch, 6 inch as these things do not always align into your track layout perfectly. I bought a could of these and linked them. It is a crazy track section for not a lot of money.

Great to add this on to my existing circuit, but rather maddening that no sooner than I had finally got this - and the two other extension packs below - all set up, one of the hand-held controllers failed after hardly any use at all. So, back to Hamley's for yet more expenditure on Scalextric!
In general, having recently purchased a fully flew scalextric system the track and electronics are far too temperamental and the track needs constant adjusting for the electric to work. The cars stop a lot and the overall quality of it is not what I was hoping for, even though it’s being used on a flat wooden Flor.
It is the older START track but sets are out there and fairly inexpensive to increase the track size. Some Scalextric sets come with a conversion piece, "START to SPORT", so the newer track can also be used in conjunction with the older sets. If you are new to 1/32 scale slot car tracks you need to educate yourself on the types that are out there. I see some poor reviews but feel that if the buyer truly understood what they were getting they would be happier rather than impulse buying. Love the track. Easy to use and multiple track configurations can be created using the same parts. The track is large but that's what I like about it because the cars are a little more detailed. Was hesitant, but I really like this section of track, some cars zip right around, others just slow down a bit.
The playability and pleasure is hugely impacted due to the cars getting stuck at some of the joints. It’s extremely difficult to complete a full lap without getting stuck.
this product was initially great on first time set up but in one day (along with the main set) quickly showed issues despite taking care connecting. Keeping a good electric circuit was close to impossible. Scalextric - surely after all these years this should have been solved by now. In the end somewhat disappointed with our overall purchase, honestly, I expected better.
