This is a lovely quality saucepan which will be great to simmer things, like medium sized casseroles. It is heavy to lift with one hand and pour from. That’s ok for me, but may be too heavy for some people.
I have been holding out for a long time, saving for some All-Clad cookware from the US, but it's just too expensive and I needed a new saucepan, and I wanted a 3-5 ply.I saw this on sale so bought it with the 20cm saucepan. I loved it so much I also bought the 30cm suate pan, and the 7.6L stockpot. This cookware heats up fast, evenly and only requires a low temp setting on the stove.The clad 5 range just feels solid, too. I'm sure I'll be passing this stuff on many years from now.Props to Everten for dealing with my 3 separate orders over 3 weeks, during the pandemic, too. Clear communication from Everten decent delivery times given the circumstances.Thanks, guys!

I use this pot for mostly cooking vegetables and find it cooks faster and better than any other pot I have owned.
These are Rolls Royce saucepans. Nice and weighty. As dense and even cooking as my old french blue enamel ones. But much easier to clean. Better than I expected. They’ll be in my will!
