I have moved more to the de buyer carbon pans but can not retire the old girl just yet as she still gets pulled out a couple of times a week.

This frying pan is just wonderful, the non-stick coating is nice and hardy and I love how you don't have to stick to plastic materials to flip things over. The size is wonderful and it's not hideously heavy. We bought a Professional Scanpan frying pan a while back but made the mistake of using spray oil - so buyers beware: the coating will be ruined if you use spray! Otherwise, perfect pan, great price, unbeatable delivery - fantastic!

I am very happy with my new scanpan. I was buying a new non stick frypan every 2 years they didn't seem to last any longer than that and they were not cheap pans. The scanpan is the best but make sure you use the correct soft cooking utensils and do not use the propellant cooking spray just a small amount of oil. I found kitchen warehouse very good to deal with and I would certainly but more products from them. If I had any questions they email your answer promptly. Much easier than driving to the shopping centres to find the right product.

I purchased this frypan over 18 months ago and use it daily and it has been a great item. 2 weeks ago I left it on the heat accidently and forgot about it, when I got to it the kitchen was full of smoke and my poor frypan black. I tried everyway to clean it off and in the end took a metal spatula and literally brutally scraped all the burn off. I am am left with a frypan which now looks 'used' but performing just as it was before the accident. I am endlessly surprised by the quality and performance of Scanpan and purchase items when on offer to build my range up.
This is the best frying pan I have ever used or had in my kitchen. It's better than all the other brands by far. Nothing, absolutely nothing sticks to it. It cleans with just a wipe in warm soapy water and has great even heat due to the design of the base and materials used to make this pan. Scanpan is the best and I would recommend anyone looking for a pan to look no further. I know I certainly will be buying more Scanpan in the future. Kitchenwear Direct are fantastic to shop with, have fast, efficient service, great prices and fantastic sales. Kitchenwear Direct will be on my list for shopping when looking for kitchen wear products.
I bought this in the Christmas sales and the moment you take it out of the box you can see it is great quality. I have bought cheap frypans for years but they buckle and blister within 6 months so I wasn't really saving any money. I used this to fry an egg. this morning and it was hand washed in 2 seconds. I will buy more scan pan frypans now to complete the set. Can't go wrong with the quality or price on Everten. thanks so much, great shipping and product arrived safely.
A friend has been recommending this brand for a long time but the price has been a deterrent. When I saw it on special here I was very tempted, but as I already had "good" frying pans I was still reluctant. Fortunately the temptation won me over. You can feel the quality as soon as you pick it up, it is fairly heavy, but it does a wonderful job. It heats up to cooking temperature quite rapidly and cooks my food evenly and thoroughly. Omelettes are a breeze. And all you have to do to clean it is wipe it with a damp cloth, although I do use soapy water. Thoroughly recommended. I will be buying others in this range. As usual the service from kitchen warehouse was exemplary.
I have been a fan of the Scanpan products for some time now. The frypans, large and small distribute heat evenly with no or only a small amount of oil to brown the food perfectly. If treated with care, the clean up from the non-stick surface rinses off with just warm soapy water. I have several larger Scanpan frypans for when family and friends are over, but the 28cm is perfect for me and my hubby. I highly recommend this product.
This frypan is a dream for making omelettes. They slide right out and brown beautifully and evenly. A great size for toasting nuts. Due to the black colour, I have found foods such as garlic and onions brown quickly but it's difficult to see it happening, so you can go from raw to burnt quickly, if not keeping a good eye on the pan. This has been used every day since I bought it and is a very useful size. Coupled with a larger one, you really wouldn't need much else for everyday cooking.
I have had one of these before I broke it. This pan along with my other scanpans have served me well for the best part of 20 years. I think I will always use these pans. The non stick surface ensures that I don't break my yolks when i fry my eggs. Other pans I have had in the past distort and push up in the middle. It hasn't happened with any of my scanpans. The non stick coating is quite tough and long lasting.
