We bought one with a lid to see how we would like it. Well after two uses we bought another pan! We are loving these pans every morning - scrambled eggs and over-easy eggs just slid out, clean-up is a dream. We use half a teaspoon of butter in them. Planning on buying a 10" pan very soon. Thank you also for producing a great pan and the great news is that they are not made in China.

So after using the wok for a few months, I knew it would only be a matter of time before my cupboard would be full of Scanpans. So I bought the 32 cm pan. It is fantastic on an induction hob, is fine with very little oil and only needs a wipe over afterwards. I am now about to buy two smaller ones as they make life so much easier! Next it will be the saucepans!!
I returned this item because it would take forever to heat up I have several Scanpan CTX pots and they work a lot better.
Works well on my Siemens induction stove. The description says, ‘Suitable for cooking in the oven up to 260C and on all stovetops including induction’ I haven’t tried to out it in the oven yet as the handle feels like plastic.
We have tried a number of non stick skillets but this one is superior. Food glides off. Works on our induction plate
