The large size is suitable for a large leg of lamb or 2 roast chickens . The heat is evenly distributed. The best part was the washing up. So easy to clean. Great for party size Lasagne. (Remember dont use sharp objects, use a plastic spatula)

Great baking tray to evenly spread and hold heat. Great for crispy baked potatoes and roasts. Long wearing. - Purchased 2 of these 16 years ago and only just replacing them now.
Scanpan makes excellent products. The roasting pan and tray are a great choice for those who love to roast. The stainless coating makes cleaning a breeze and the durable cast iron is superior and last longer than typical aluminium roasting trays, though more expensive.
I have used this for a month and started pulling it out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have LOVED using this on my glass top large burner and in the oven. One of our new favorites is German Pancakes II from allrecipes! Pour the batter in the scanpan and bake and it slides right out. Clean up is so easy. I use the large roaster for 6 grilled cheese at a time. I did baked frenched toast in it and it was super crispy on the bottom, but did not stick on or burn. I love this scanpan! Great for roasting seasoned potatoes.
I’ve had one of these pans for around 10 years and it’s still as good as new. I love it so much I bought another in a different size. Yes, they are expensive but we’ll worth it. The non stick is very effective making them very easy to clean. Highly recommended.
An absolute essential for any kitchen. We have multiple Scan Pan roasting dishes in different sizes. Long lasting. Great for roasting, baking focaccia etc
I already owned one Scanpan when I bought a second. I went through my cupboards and threw out all my he rubbish ones I had purchased over the years. Now I am set for life with 2 pans. I crave roast veggies & meat everyday because they cook to perfection. I bought one for my Mum too, she began to refuse to cook roasts because mine were sooo much better than hers using the Scanpan roaster. Now she has no excuses. If you've ever wondered what you get when you buy a $400 roasting pan. This scanpan product is the answer. I didn't pay $400 coz Kitchenware had it on sale at $160 but it was still more than 10 times what I'd paid previously. It is excellent. The surface is not a coating so it won't peel off or start flaking like a cheap pan. Heavy for nice even heat. Super easy to clean. Have used it several times already - perfect results each time. I bought this and the size below so they nest nicely in a drawer and give you two good size roasting pans.
