Ordered this item in the boxing day sale and I'm super impressed with my purchase. Great buy, fantastic value.
I used it for the first time and loved my Dutch Oven. I made a soup and cooked in half the time and taste delicious.
I love this pan. I can cook a huge amount of food with no hassles at all. I cook lots of stews and no matter what I cook nothing seems to burn to the pan. I have never had any problems with cleaning it, the food never bakes on. It cooks evenly, so never burning in the middle. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a professional pan. It certainly has improved my confidence in cooking.
Bought this after my saucepan. Love these pots and their designs. They heat up fast and distribute heat evenly. You only need to use the gas on low or medium. They look great and are easy to clean. The only part I don't like is that the copper band gets discoloured after a few weeks of use - I've read that it can be polished though.
Love Love Love this product. It is by far the most used kitchen item i used and overtime i bow down to the makers of it. It cooks evenly and requires far less attention/stirring to stop it food from sticking. But by far the best thing about this purchase was dealing with kitchen warehouse. The delivery was fast....even given we live in the west and have weeks delay on most other companies, and their level of customer service is simply phenomenal.

The lid was all messed up, it had a lot of glue/silicone adhesive, I assume the one that also is used to keep glass and stainless steel together, all around the lid. It had some other black dirt gunk that wasn't coming out at all. Then the place where a copper ring connects to the stainless steel parts is not properly set, leaving the gap on one of the sides of the casserole. See photos for details.So, overall, I would recommend this product if you can get one that has no build quality issues. But given my experience it can be quite a Russian roulette.
