Perfect. This pan is all that you mcan want.Areally nice thick bottom that sreads the heat out evenly and actually holds the heat when you put a cold (or cool) steak on it.This has become my main pan to cook with be it bacon and eggs or bolognaise.W

After years of struggling with non-stick frying pans I’m slowly switching back to good quality stainless steel.I ensured I read the instructions to maintain its life eg heating it before adding any oil & hand washing only. It needs curing & to be used a few times but I now love it.

I really appreciate the handle. Soft and forgiving plus safe. Easy to look after and never looks messy. Cleans beautifully. Solid base is great for all foods.
I have Scanpan pots & Swiss Diamond pans & was hunting for a good 24cm frypan. Saw this 26cm Coppernox pan...did the math on the base diameter given the high sides...and grabbed it from VB. New fave frypan! Beautifully finished, even heat, easy clean & a 28cm lid slips over if I need to cover it. Love this pan :D
Best stainless steel pan I have ever owned. Heat distribution is even, allowing you to create a great final product. In my opinion it provides a better cook and final product than the non-stick Swiss Diamond products I own (e.g. for steak), although the clean-up is much more difficult.
This frypan is just big enough to hold my goodies for a quick brekkie. Gas on, pan on the hob, herbal oil in the pan, drop the eggs in, cook. Eat. Delicious!!
Great pand and good heat retention. If heated and used correctly as outlined behaves like a non stick pan.
This is my 2nd Scanpan Coppernox frypan and is now the only one I will buy. Completely over the non stick pans and will only buy stainless steel. After cooking simply wipe out with paper towels and then pour in hot water and leave for a short while. Frypan will clean and look as good as new.
It's important to heat the pan first... heat on medium test if the pan is hot by tossing a little water into the pan, if the water dances around the pan in little bubbles it's ready to use.Place steak / chicken in pan sear one side if the meat is browned it will turn easy. Do not turn meat more than once, lower heat to finish cooking. A little oil will assist cooking eggs. Cleaning, after use rinse hot pan under hot water do not rinse a hot pan with cold water.If food has stuck to pan cover with hot water and loosen food with a spatula.Use non chlorine cleaner or make a paste with bi carb soda to clean pan and add shine.
