I got this pot as it is the exact size i have been looking for (taller rather than wider, but not too tall!) and am so glad i did - its great having the measurments on the inside wall of the pot, it was a terrific price for a quality item that was suitable for my new induction cooktop. IT's good looking, easy cleaning, solid but not overly heavy which is important with arthritis in hands and wrists, and will probably last my lifetime easily! The customer service BEFORE i even bought it was excellent, (thanks for your patience and help with my enquiries re the sausage funnel and stockpots) and it arrived far quicker than i expected. Thank you.

I needed another large pot for cooking and thought I would step up to the coppernox range, and it was well worth it. This pot heats quickly and evenly. Great heat distribution across the bottom, great for simmering and slow cooking. Also very quick and easy to cook pasta or any other dishes really. Really with the extra money.
It's daunting shopping online for items like cookware but I took the gamble and purchased the Scanpan 7.2 L stock pot with the 28cm Scanpan saute pan. Even cooking, simmering and with the best result. SOLD :)
I am delighted with this stockpot ,great quality, easy non burning handles and the main thing it cooks evenly and did not stick to the bottom. Easy to clean. I certainly would recommend this Scanpan pot to anyone wanting to buy a great stockpot.
Wonderful to simmer slow cooking soups and casseroles in; I cooked a beautiful Beef Bourginon that was more tender than in a slow cooker.
I bought these same pans as a gift for my son last year. After seeing them in action and needing new ones myself I didnt hesitate to buy these. They are beautiful in design and function perfectly. At the prices Everten offer these for they are too good to look past.
