This frypan is so useful, easy to clean. Cooked salmon fillets in it and they were cooked to perfection - even heat throughout., no sticking obviously. Cleaning afterwards was a breeze - so simple to simply wash with hot soapy water and then wipe with paper towel. So impressive, i've just purchased the bigger sized one with a little handle at the front for ease of lifting - they can easily go into the oven to finish off any dish. My husband is obsessed with his Scanpan Frypans.

This is the best non-stick skillet I have ever used. I treat it very carefully. Although it says you can use metal utensils, I only use wooden or silicone ones. I never put it in the dishwasher. It is extremely easy to clean. I love this skillet!

This frypan is so useful, easy to clean. Cooked salmon fillets in it and they were cooked to perfection - even heat throughout., no sticking obviously. Bought this pan and the 26cm for my Mother who is mobility challenged and who really wanted 2 non-stick pans to make clean up easier. But they had to work on an induction hob and be lightweight which is a really big ask if you want good quality non-stick frying pans as most are really heavy. Mum had the Scanpan Fusion5 stainless steel pans before and found them way too heavy. Having used the CTX pans for a couple of weeks now she's really happy with them. Says they cook beautifully and clean up perfectly and are just the right weight for her to handle easily. And of course, kitchen warehouse were excellent as usual. Thanks!
I have only had the pan for a few weeks but it is in use daily, always for breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon) and many other meals later. The bacon and sausage were the the destructive forces in the other "quality" non-stick pans. I find that I can fry the same items with this pan with lower heat and without the burning of the curing agents in the foods which caused sticking. To be honest, I might have made the other pans last longer by using lower heat as well but this pan is a much higher quality and the surface seems much more durable. The manufacturer says you can use metal utensils (which I will never do) but the other non-stick pans forbid the use of metal. The pan is quite heavy though, part of which is due to the solid steel and thick handle. I fry eggs in it without grease and they slide right out, like the other kind will do at first and then not later.
We?re very pleased with this skillet (and the 11? one we purchased a month beforehand). It?s a pleasure to use for cooking eggs, sautéing mushrooms, and many other ingredients. The solid, heavy feel is reassuring and the non-stick surface works better than all other skillets we?ve owned.
So far, I?ve bought 3 skillets and 1 sauté pan with lid. They are all the Pro IQ series. I want to collect more pieces but since they are so expensive, I have to wait a few months in-between purchases. I LOVE this cookware! It really does have even heating. Other makers just claim their products heat evenly. Not only that - it is a dream to clean up! And the best part is that I can use regular utensils and tools instead of plastic ones! I just wish that Pro IQ included a bigger saucepan that is between the 3.2 qt and the Dutch oven. These products have a Lifetime warranty/guarantee. They do not lose the surface of the pots ever. That alone is one super reason to buy these products!

The Scanpan CTX reviewed well and I liked the size and weight of the 24cm when I picked one up in a shop (always a good idea before purchasing cookware). It's a great pan, but a little too large for my stovetop burner & also the sides are somewhat low for my preference. So I bought a CS+ 11", absolutely the best non stick I've ever had. It's the perfect size, love the coating, I like the handle better than the Pro series, the sides are taller, & the stainless finish looks better on the rack with all my other stainless All Clad pans. Been using it daily for over 4 months for breakfast; eggs and or french toast, works awesome for both with little or now butter/oil - love this pan!
The Scanpans are amazing. They cook with even heat and you can get a good char with them. The after cooking clean-up is a breeze. We liked them so much we actually replaced every Calphalon and All-Clad pan we had with similar sized Scanpans. We even replaced all the cooking pots with Scanpan pots. We have a professional cook-top, so it's important to have high quality cooking pots and pans. In our opinion, you don't get higher quality than Scanpan.
