However if it had that it wouldn’t fit in the AGA oven.

I have turned into a ScanPan Fan! All of my other cookware is All Clad Copper Core. I had the All Clad non-stick and it really did not hold up for me. I finally gave in and switch to this brand after being told about it by many people. This pan did not disappoint. I now use it for anything I need non stick but also for browning - it is SUPER easy to clean, heats up fast and evenly. The lid is really heavy with a great handle - high quality. I went with this ScanPan because of its large size - I can cook a lot of hamburgers, chicken breasts, pancakes etc in this pan and also for the two small handles - easy to fit in my cabinets...the long handles always are a challenge to store! I highly recommend this pan

I initially loved this pan. I've had it for over 2 years and now food like eggs stick. The coating shows wear although no scratches. I never used metal utensils or put it in the dishwasher. The nonstick property did not hold up given the price of the pan. Sad to be shopping for a new "go to" pan.
The product quality is fantastic. Glad it’s not made in China. There are products similar quality and similar prices that are made in China which should be fraction of price (cheap labour). I rather buy European products even it costs a bit more. As price is justified.
This pan is exactly what I was looking for. I have used it for the last six months and it still looks new. It is non stick but still allows food to brown well. I love the size to spread out food. The small handles on each side make it easy to move around but it doesn't take up too much space in the drawer or on the stove top. It looked a long time for a non stick pan with these dimensions and handles.
This pan is exactly what I expected - a versatile pan that prepares a variety of dishes from stovetop to table. Especially great for searing and one dish meals. The handles make this sturdy pan easy to lift and the finish really makes clean up easy. This pan has replaced a similar pan that was my favorite - so I was happy to find a better than ever replacement. Even thought it is pricey - worth it!
I loved my scan pan when I brought it home and for the first several months. (I don't recommend putting it in the dishwasher. We put ours in the dishwasher a few times and it wasn't great for the finish.) I've had the pan for close to 2 years. Eggs and pancakes tend to stick now and it just isn't dependable if you want to be sure things won't stick to the pan. This was a pricey pan considering I'm already looking for a replacement.
I bought a small Scanlan frying/sauce pan to try it out. I was totally impressed. The rounded lid keeps moisture inside so food does not stick or burn. With the lid off, it browns food nicely with NO oil or other additives. No soaking after cooking is needed. Just give the pan a gentle washing and/or wiping as needed after use Because of my love for the one Scanpan, I bought the larger Chef's Pan. With summer heat, I have not used it yet, but I have confidence it will be as pleasing as my original purchase. My only problem now is how to justify ditching my perfectly good cooking utensils so I can get all the Scanpan items I think I will need.
A pleasure to cook in. We still have our previous Scanpan IQ 32 cm frying pan bought in May 2017 which has be used once or twice every day for nearly five & a half years, mainly for frying, and is still in use. The non-stick coating is still quite effective but is not so good with frying eggs so we are treating ourselves to a new pan! We also have a 26 cm IQ frying pan, used frequently, but less often for frying, and its non-stick surface is as good as when we bought it. Thoroughly recommend Scanpan.
