The Scanpan STS Stainless Steel Saucepan is made from 18/10 premium grade stainless steel which is impact bonded to a steelclad base, with an aluminium core for optimum heat distribution. The pan includes a glass tempered lid so you can view ingredients as they cook. Safe to use on all stovetops including induction, the flat base provides maximum magnetic connection to the stovetop, so the pan heats up quickly and evenly. The ergonomic, stylish handle is designed to stay cooler for longer and the pan is safe to use in the oven up to 250 degreesC without the lid and 220 degreesC with it.
