The Scanpan STS Stainless Steel 32cam Wok is made from 18/10 premium grade stainless steel which is impact bonded to a steelclad base, with an aluminium core for optimum heat distribution. Safe to use on all stovetops including induction, the flat base provides maximum magnetic connection to the stovetop, so the pan heats up quickly and evenly. Features a helper handle for balanced carrying as well as an ergonomic long handle which is designed to stay cooler for longer. The wok is safe to use in the oven up to 250 degreesC.
