The original 150 Pokemon got me through some tough times in high school. I was excited to hear about this set as I don’t know any of the new ones. So I went and bought 5 boxes from this seller to start a collection and turns out I paid scalper prices. Not only that but out of 30 packs, I got a single 2 star card (apparently the rare ones). I order two boxes with out doing my research expecting 10 packs on each box. It was only 6 when I realized my mistake. I cancelled my order with in 2 min, because paying $80 for 12 packs is extremely expensive might as well spend the extra 9 dollars and get the 16 pack UCP, anyway my cancellation was never approved.I got my booster boxes and I decided to own my mistake because at the end of the day is my mistake for ordering something I should have a bit more research for and also they are extremely hard to come by in my area, I’vnever seen one and was itching to open one for my self and store the other one.I ended up getting 1 mew gold card, 1 full art illustration and something else I needed for my binder.So there’s really nothing to complain here aside from ... MoreI order two boxes with out doing my research expecting 10 packs on each box. So I'll give an honest review. I got these while on sale for under $29. I was concerned being a 3rd party seller like many. One of my bundles had a looser plastic packaging, one was nice and tight. Again, slight concern, but I went forward. I opened the loose one leaving the 2nd for display. I pulled the bulbasaur IR, tangela IR, and Jynx EX. For a 6 pack bundle that's pretty solid. I can't speak for every purchase, but I think mine was above board and fair. Considering buying a few more before price goes back up. Good luck to all!
I've bought this product twice now: two booster bundles the first time, four bundles the second time. The booster bundles came in good condition with no tampering. My boyfriend and I had a great time opening the packs, with our best pulls being one Zapdos ex SIR and two Venusaur ex SIRs. We also got multiple other illustration rares and full art cards. Still hoping for the Erika's Invitation SIR, so I'd buy this again if I see it on sale!
I grew up in the late 90's/early 2000's during the initial Pokemon craze. I remember opening a TON of Pokemon booster packs with my dad and having a total blast with him. Now I have been able to relive that with my son with these 151 booster packs. My son is more of a Minecraft kid, but I think him seeing my excitement has gotten him into card collecting now. We bought more of these bundles than I'd like to admit. We pulled 3 special illustration rare cards in back to back to back packs which was most definitely the highlight of us opening up packs of cards. It was a total blast and lots of screaming in excitement from the both of us. I definitely plan on buying more once they're more readily available.
I bought 4 booster bundles and was concerned with some of the reviews about questionable packaging. 3 of the booster bundles i received had the shrink wrap tight and one had a side that was a little baggy. Still between 4 booster bundles i pulled the Erikas Invitation Ultra Rare Holo and a Caterpie Illustration Rare Holo along with the Venusaur EX and Jynx EX as well as enough of the base set and reverse holos to have about 50% of the complete set. I wish the hit rate was a little better but i wasnt completely disappointed. I havent opened pokemon cards in 25 years since the 1999 set and the 151 set does not disappoint.

The shipping was delivered faster than the projected date it said. none of my booster boxs were damaged in shipping, and i bought over 30 booster boxs. ordered 10 boosters boxs , and they shipped one with the display case/box. i was able to pull many full arts. like 5 alternative full art charizards. as you can see in the pictures. All in good shape. some packs are bangers, and some are not. such the case with all booster boxs. It's all down to luck. i was going to keep buying more because the price was at $35. Buuuuut it went up to $50. that extra $15 in price raise is the difference from buying 10 booster box to now only 3 or 4. so it's not worth buying at $50.
