Very comfortable climbing shoe. Was looking for a less technical more comfortable shoe for climbing with my daughter and this fit the bill perfectly. I settled on the same size as my street shoes with almost no heel movement. Would make a great entry shoe at a reasonable price

Picked these up a year ago for my first pair of shoes. I travel + climb frequently in various environments, indoors and outdoors. They've held up really well through it all. Bouldering in San Diego or Bishop to sport routes in Smith Rock to multi hour gym sessions, these shoes carried me through comfortably. Definitely need a resole soon, but for most beginners I would expect a longer lifespan. Gonna send em off and pick up a more aggressive pair, and keep these as my comfy shoes. The leather really does break in well and help because I have wide feet. So if you want a snug fit that lasts don't be afraid of getting a smaller size. Fit sizing based on how they feel once broken in.

I can climb for 3 or 4 hours in these and still not feel any pain or discomfort (once broken in). Out of the box, they will be a little snug, but once they get broken in, they are fantastic. They will stretch and in a way, mold to your foot. The soles are a little more on the stiffer side which is great because it allows me to use my feet to really push off of holds without tiring out my foot too much. That combined with the comfortable uppers makes climbing in these shoes really great! I have really grown fond of the double strap system because it lets me dial in the fit of the shoe to exactly what I need. My son, and I bought the same shoes because they were a great price. We have been using these shoes for about 4 months now and they are holding up very well. I have slightly wider feet than normal. I went to the store to try the different shoes on. I found a lot of the shoe brands were far to narrow for my feet. These are slightly wider than the others and fit perfect on my feet. I can climb for hours with no problems.The one con is my son and I do have to wear thin workout socks with them. even broken in, the inner heel area is a bit abrasive. First climbing shoe I ever bought, had little to no guidance on what to get, and I made an excellent choice. I went through bunion surgery on my right foot with these shoes. Great shoes for wide feet/bunions and beginners. They are now my ropes shoes as they are really comfortable to wear for long periods of time. My left shoe has blown a hole and I'm devastated. I'll wear them until I can't anymore.
I purchased these for my 12 year old grandson after trying many other brands and styles. He has a wide forefoot and these are perfect. They are a great intro climbing shoe, not too aggressive. The velcro closure is great for tightening and adjusting!
I just started indoor climbing and bouldering. I noticed that Scarpa runs small when I tried them on at the store. My shoe size is usually a 37/37.5 (6.5/7) so I ordered a 38 (7.5). They fit really snug and comfortably without socks so I probably should have bought the 38.5 since I wanted to wear socks with them. I heard that they break in after a while so I hope I can wear socks with them in the future because the 38.5 are no longer available :/ My toes are not tightly curled up in this size but they are also not all the way flat so I feel that it’s a perfect in between for me. It has a super good arch support! My feet keep getting suctioned and make funny farting noises lol I don’t think this size would have fit me if I had a wide foot, though. My foot is wide and these felt the most comfortable. Size wise, I went up a half size and they fit perfectly. I'm usually a 10.5-11(US) in regular footwear(Depending on the brand). I got these at the size 45EU which I believe are size 11.5(US). When it has came to climbing, I don't have much experience being that these are my first climbing shoes and don't have anything to compare them to other than rentals.
