I have pretty wide feet not extreme or anything and they are pretty awful to be in for anymore than 7-10 minutes at a time. Could only go down half a size from my street shoe without feeling like the my heel was going to slip out the toe box is actually very narrow. If you think you have too wide of feet for them you probably do. They are however fairly aggressive and are great for super tiny foot holds, and are super breathable so my foot doesn’t get sweaty at least not to the point where it is hindering my climbing.

Glue on the toe began pulling back within a few weeks of frequent usage. The heel does not grip as strongly as desired, especially when your feet begin to sweat a bit. Other than that the shoe had fantastic grip and a decent toe to it. It felt great after breaking in (aside from the aforementioned heel hooks), and its moderate aggression meant that long sessions wearing it were possible and not too painful.

These were a disappointment. I bought these with the intention of wearing them as a chill, half comfy all-day cragging shoe. I found a size that fit well in store; very tight but not painful. I managed 3 routes before I couldn't put them on again. I ended up with large painful blisters on the top of my foot. The only real observation before then was that the velcro strap was oddly long. I'd have liked to give feedback on performance but I didn't wear these long enough to have noticed anything noteworthy.

I'm still breaking them in but there's an intersection of two seams that presses against the inside of my big toes. I assume it'll go away in a few more climbing sessions. The shoes are quite flexible despite the more aggressive arch. I wear 10.5 US mens running shoes and have wider than average feet. I got these in 43.5 and 44 and returned the 44
I've struggled a bit with finding the right size, I'm normally a 48 EU, but the 46 fit me better. The fabric is really nice, really soft, even for a climbing shoe it's as good as it gets. Clearly italians still know how to make shoes.
I also have the Scarpa Vapor V which is a more aggressive shoe than this. I found the knuckle of my big toe to get too sore in the Vapor V because of the downturn. These are more comfortable but still perform reasonably well. I prefer the Vapor V for more technical edging and toe placement I have yet to try them for this but these will be much more ideal for a long day of multipitching. Scarpa makes quality footwear and these are no exception
I had a pair initially that was too small so when I wore it through (~7 months) I decided to size up. The larger size fits much better, but based on what happened with my first pair, I would be expecting the second pair to start to wear out in a similar way:1 - The velcro strap is prone to delaminating and the leather and velcro part may separate2 - The leathery triangle part at the tongue may rip off eventually because its only held on by a single stitch. It's a little weak for what it is, since you may need to pull on it to get your foot in.3 - The rubber for toe hooks isn't as thick, so toe hooks may be a little tougher. Although I'm not very good at toe hooks so it can also be a technique thing.
I could not disagree more with the bad reviews. They gave 1-2 stars not because of poor quality or performance, but because the shoe is a poor fit for their feet. They complain about too much material on top and that the strap is too long. Well guess what, I have extra-thick feet. This is one of the rare non-soft climbing shoe I can wear somewhat comfortably without obliterating my feet. You really have to try climbing shoes on before buying them.
Took a while to break in and was painful doing so, but now very comfy and a good shoe. I like that it's stiff enough to edge well but soft enough to stand on large volumes, as I mostly boulder in the gym. One thing is heel hooking hurts a little bit because the rubber is pretty soft on the heel compared by my old force v's, but still gets the job done and it's worth it for the more aggressive shape.
I have tried two sizes of this shoe, and both did not fit well. I have ordinary size 10.5 feet. With that in mind, this shoe is extremely wide in the middle to the point the material bunches up when tightening with the upper strap. I have to pull the top strap so far over that it hangs beneath the shoe. I have seen this is also a complaint about the women's version of this shoe; it would seem the design of this shoe was made for a very wide middle foot. I would not recommend this shoe without trying it on in person first. I will be returning this shoe and selecting a different model.
