I have been using Schneider for close to 20 years for all my fishing needs. From chasing trophy barra to huge KG whiting, small snapper and bluefin tuna, Schneider has served me well. Great product BCF make it a great price. Thumbs up all round

I bought this line for use on my new Alvey 650 lever drag reel... The line came in a 500m spool rated at 9 kilo/20lb in Old speak... The Klear is a great line for beach/rock fishing as it's able to cope with abrasion from sand and gritty surfaces that these environments create... Also the line has low memory so it's impervious to line twists and deformations... The stretch created with any monofilament lines aids hook sets to be positive But Schneider line in my mind is at the fore front of such qualities and has for many generations of Anglers provided unequalled water behavioural aspects after constant use in those environments... The Klear also blends into it's surroundings very well creating a aspect of camoflague and not spooking cautious fish species....

Nice on my Alvey. Long term user of Schneider. Suits these reels great. Different lines for different uses of course.
Have been using this brand for close to 20yrs it is tough durable line,mostly 9kilo main 40kilo leader and will buy again favourite mono line.
Why wouldn't you get a line of quality and a trusted brand for just a few dollars more. Bought a different cheaper brand and would break up in the main line just testing the knot. Also not as many wind knots either................... Y woodn ya!
Great line for purpose, just as good or better then the expensive brands
I bought this product a little while ago and never got the chance to use it. In the process of spooling my brand new line onto a brand new reel the line got bound up on the spindle it is originally packaged with. There was no way of getting it to budge one way or another. Ended up with a 23 dollar birds nest and had to remove what little amount of line I managed to get onto my reel as there wasn't nearly enough. Now it sits tangled in a bag in my cupboard as a reminder of the poorly packaged product I never got the chance to use.
haven't had a tangle yet and I'm bloody useless generally, I watch all of the how to videos, get excited and go fishing. Mostly i come home with a bit of motion sickness, some sunburn, and a smile on my face. No fish though!!
I was looking for a low diameter line for bream fishing, more on the lighter colour. I have had some previously and found that this brand 12lb line is ample for bream.
