I started the treatment with multiple cracks and infection in and around both of my big toe nails. I have tried multiple remidies with no success until this product. Having the entire solution in one easy to store and use product was excellent. The nail emery is easily fed from the handle and discarded after use. then the brush was stored in the other side of the product allowing a clean method of storing it and ready access to the solution. Had been suffering with insanely itchy little blisters on one toe which came and went for over a year, tried all sorts of athletes foot treatments and other medication but nothing worked. Thought my nail looked a little rough but nothing to make me think I had a fungal nail infection but when I seen this on the Tuesday £10 deal thought what have I got to lose. From the first day of use I could literally feel my toe get better, no itching from the 2nd day and I can see the skin on my toe healing. It’s been 2 weeks and I feel totally healed but I’ll continue to use this as instructed, I’d totally recommend to give this a go. It’s worked for me after suffering for over a year and spending a fortune on other treatments. So glad I bought this.

The first time I bought this I missed a few applications and didn’t get results, so I bought it again a while later and this time I followed it absolutely to the letter, because I was really determined to get rid of horrible patches showing on both big toe nails. Although there was some improvement to appearance, 9 months on, the patches are still basically there. I know for sure my nails have grown out and the treatment just didn’t work even though I did everything the instructions said.
There are lots of treatments available for fungal nail infection, but none of them can hold a candle to Scholl. I've tried a few and this one is the quickest and in my opinion the safest. I tried Nailner but the liquid made my fingertips burn like they were on fire, and my nails didn't improve so I gave up on it. Unfortunately it has left marks within my nails that are still growing out. Scholl provides tiny emery boards with this treatment to roughen the nail and allow the solution to penetrate. This seems to work very well and after only a couple of weeks the improvement in my nails is really noticeable. Once those marks from the Nailner solution have grown out I should be back to normal. What a relief.
Now into my third week of using this product so still unsure of how effective it will prove to be. However the early signs are encouraging. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The brush and nail files supplied are well designed easy to use.
Ive always used this product. Seems to do the job. Certainly gets rid of the pain and nail seems improved after 2 weeks. Seems stronger and looks a lot better already. You have to let the nail grow out and keep using this stuff during that time, follow the instructions. I always find eventually the fungal infection can come back. Basic hygiene and foot spray once every few months seems to help slow it down. If you have a severe problem then it wouldn't hurt to keep applying it once a month after treating, just to keep on top of it. A little goes a long way and having the files within the product is a really nifty idea. I wouldn't buy any other.
Troubled with fungal nail for years, tried various treatments with little success. Its still a long process, I have been treating my nail this way for 12 months and I have just about won. If you stop treatment and there is a tiny bit of infection left it will grow back again!

I want to point out several things that seem to have been missed by the other negative reviews on here. It won't change the nail appearance within the "four week treatment phase" It clearly states in the information that the infection will be treated but the nail will remain discoloured. You have to wait for the nail to grow out and clip away the discoloured parts bit by bit. It also clearly states that it takes on average 9-12 months for a nail to grow out completely so complaining after a month that the nail looks the same is pointless. Plus you have to continue applying the paint weekly until all the discoloured areas have been removed or indeed the infection can come back. All of which is clearly stated in the leaflet. This product does work but it requires time and patience.
Ive had fungal infection on my toe nails for years now and promised to treat it at the end of the summer as youre unable to wear nail varnish with this. Ive followed the instructions and applied daily and can see its working already. For an over the counter, no fuss treatment Id definitely recommend. Only downside is the 4 weeks of daily application but Ill persevere as my toe nails were infected and didnt look great with cloudy patches. Smaller nails are looking clearer and wont take too long. After its all gone Ill reapply periodically as wouldnt want it to return. Bottle is small but itll last for ages.
