I bought these 2 months ago and they are the best. I tried eeverything to alleviate my lower back pain, knee pain and ankle pain. I even bought a new mattress. These orthotics have fixed all problems i am sleeping overnight and no pain

Completely changed the nature of my soleless boots. Definitely works to relieve pressure off the lower back, could go thicker but then that'll make shoes tighter and smaller so understandable. Can wear my shoes for longer periods thanks to these!

Definitely worth a try

I found the feel of the School in-Balance Lower Back Orthotic Insole in my shoe felt comfortable and supportive. I believe wearing the insoles does help to reduce general lower back pain caused by wearing shoes without support. I would definitely consider buying these insole for specific shoes which may need more support.

Feet pleaser

I was really happy to trial these insoles. They aren't cheap to buy which has made me hesitant to try them prior to this. I suffer from very painful feet (family genes), back & hip pain and planter fasciitis. I tend to mostly wear my thongs because they are an orthotic style but these insoles meant I could wear a closed in shoe for a change too. I dont think there's any perfect solution but these did help and provide extra comfort allowing me to be on my feet for longer. I will continue to use them. Thanks

Scholl's Lower Back Orthotic Insole Test

Well i just placed them into my shoes and they fitted just right. Then i went for a 15 minute walk down to the beach and it felt like i was floating on air and they were comfortable. Then walked a little distance near the beach before going back to the Cafe for a coffee or 2 before walking home again. Since then i have kept them in my shoes and they feel really nice and comfortable.

These made all the difference treating foot and lower back pain!

Along with a little myofascial treatment for a painful area on my foot, these have helped my body make the change from a rigid big toe joint to the type of movement I used to have as a child. I've tried the treatment without an orthotic for months, and I've had temporary relief, but not the lasting results I've been enjoying since using these. I want them in all my shoes!

Too thick! Waste of money

These insoles are so thick and chunky that they barely fit into any of my shoes even on the smallest size. My feet barely fit into them and my shoes fall off my feet when I walk because there's little to no heel grip left. These are clearly made for shoes with existing insoles that can be removed

Tried but failed

The Insole fitted securely in my shoe and was very easy to position. It was the perfect sizing. Unfortunately I found the Insole uncomfortable for my feet and could not tolerate the discomfort. This was mainly attributable to the Insole height leaving less room in the shoe then what I am used to. I tried thinner socks but this did not help. While the actual contours of the Insole was comfortable from the perspective of the soles of my feet sitting into the curve of the Insole, it was the lack of room in the shoe which made for discomfort in practical usage. I persisted but could not tolerate using the Insoles for more than 2 hours at a time.

Walking on Air

I used these in a new pair of cheap sneakers. They transformed the shoe by lifting and cushioning my foot, which made them lovely and comfortable. I've recently started walking, approx an hour a day and wearing these insoles gave a spring to my step and made my walks enjoyable. Normally when walking and for nowhere near as long, I end up with pain in my lower back. I've had none of these problems to date. Will be buying more, to put in other pair of shoes.

thick and bouncy

This one is quite thick and bouncy. I can only fit it in my NB sneakers which has stretchy upper. There’s almost no grip of heel area because of the thickness- On the bright side tho it makes you look taller lol. The arch is very supported. It’s a shame it can’t fit in other shoes.
