Black Jack is Schwalbe s versatile budget all-rounder. Ideally suited to an entry level mountain or child s bike, the Black Jacks continuous centre tread rolls well on hard surfaces yet still offers good grip off the beaten patch. The active compound also increases durability, meaning all those skids won t tear through them as soon as other entry level tyres. This version is equipped with Schwalbe's K-Guard puncture protection for additional protection against flats. If you need a replacement entry level tyre the Black Jack is more than up to the task.

I was having my grandson’s first balance bike turned up for my next grandsons turn. The original tires were tired to say the least. Nomads replaced the tires with a tire that is far superior and I am so so happy. Thank you!

I’ve ran these tyres on my MTB for a year. For a budget tyre they provide great grip and a reliability, most of my riding is old railway tracks. Since fitting these I have no punctures and have great confidence in them during my ride.

Bought the same tyre again as previous one had worn out. Great grip and easy rolling makes this a great choice for childrens bikes. Its definitely a go anywhere tyre. Previous tyre lasted 7 years! For the price its a no brainier.

Items received in what appears to be good condition. Shan't fit them until it finally stops raining, hopefully by Easter!?My only gripe, if I can call it that, is the delivery schedule. It appeared to leave Tredz within the 1 Day as advertised and was sent Tracked 24hrs by courier. Unfortunately, it then took this courier 2 days simply to acknowledge the Tracking Reference before the 24hrs began. So, this pushed the anticipated delivery into an extra day which coincided with me not being available. I was however, given the opportunity to reschedule for the following week. Saturday and Sunday deliveries weren't an option at this point however.
Decent tyres, replaced 2 sets of children's bike with these as the old ones were perishing with age. These are good both on and off the trails and canal paths. There's a layer of puncture protection on them too, so decent and fair price overall for a branded product. Arrived quickly too. Recommend
Good points: These tyres grip really well on rough trails, wet or dry. They have good stability on coarse surfaces and excellent traction everywhere. They are surprisingly smooth and secure on roads as well. Limitations: They are a little bit uncertain on loose surfaces and when leaning hard into fast road turns.
Honestly; for someone who is riding 3-4 times a week about 2 hours each time 25% asphalt, 25%fire roads, 25% agriculture and 25% forest way this tire on the front is a miricale. I am using it 2.1 for the past 3 years on two of my mtg (26") hardtail. I recommend to try different PSI to match one riding style. The rear is WTB velocireptore 2.1 and on the other bike the Jack is the rear and the front is king of the mountain 2.2 by continental. For curiosity my two mtg handrails are custom made, one is the Trees(titanium), the other is the trek 950.
The tyres seem fine besides a lack of puncture resistance. I have recently gotten five punctures trough the front tyre, on four separate days, from blackberry thorns. It seems like most times when I ride on a track with blackberry canes, I sustain a puncture. And all have been in dry weather, when I would expect puncture resistance to be higher. I’m pretty disappointed by this, I would expect my tyres to be unsusceptible to punctures from blackberry thorns.
Put the tyre and new slime inner tubes on the back and front last week. The front tyre is flat already.
Tires look nice. But seem narrower than the same size tires, of another brand, that I took off.
