Nice shampoo and hooray Shwarkopf you have finally managed to put product into a sane bottle that doesnt spend its life falling over or onto the floor because of its insane and totally demented shape that doesnt stand up on either end and is impossible to empty. I buy my shower products according to their stability. Once a bottle was a bottle, now its a whirligig. Bring back the bottle and a 2 ended bottle is uber smart. A 6 sided bottle is totally mental. Oh, and the shampoo is lovely thank god now that the Biotin that I bought for the bottle is discontinued.

I m using this shampoo 3year ago. This one is my 3rd purchase.so many other variant is also available. But i love this one. After using this my also frizz free and silky and split end also gone. I order it on Pink Friday sale and I got some freebies. Thank you Nykaa ❤️ for giving original product.

I used this about 15 years ago and it worked, but was loyal to Matrix Smooth shampoo and Aveda Black Malva shampoo. However since Matrix changed the formula some years ago and Aveda discontinued Black Malva Ive been lost. This also seems like they changed formula also wish they would stop doing that Ive tried Kerastase, Philip Kingsley, Redkin and nothing worked for my hair. Ive very fine European, coloured, its straight but frizzy with lots of flyaways. This shampoo helped, still had a bit of frizz but much less. It cleans the scalp well, my hair looked and felt clean the next day, which is rare. No itchiness either. It doesnt weigh hair down. Im going to repurchase, as I havent found anything as good as this. The service from just my look was great.

If you havent used the product steer clear off this worthless and harmful product. This shampoo has great potential and capability to harm your hair and scalp drastically. Dont be swayed by the German name and fancy container. This product is terrible. Even if you end up using it only once a week it can do masssive damage to your hair health. The worst part is its quantity is huge. So trade wisely and avoid this.
Duplicate product. . . it was not a sealed item. . my hair are already chemically treatedhair color, keratin, smoothening and it damaged my hair badly. . . i had to spend so much money to get my hair back in normal . . . it had a foul smell of some liquid detergent. . . do not waste money buying this product. . its fing WORST. . . .
I bought this product along with the conditoner and wasnt sure whether it would be any good as there were no reviews. I needednt have been concerned as for once the shamppo actually does what it says on the bottleThe shampoo does have a slight soap smell to it but lathers really well and even after shampooing it feels soft. I am really impressed with it and have now found the perfect shampoo for my hair. My hair is coarse, frizzy but thin so struggle when finding a shampoo and conditioner for my hair type. But here it is, I love it
I had tried all sorts of premium brand shampooconditioner combinations for my dry, highlighted hair but I found none of them got rid of the intense tangling and matting after washing. From the first wash with the Bc Hairtherapy Smooth Shine Shampoo 250ml there was an amazing difference. I have now used it twice and there is no more matting and the comb slips through easily, none of those huge knots Im ditching everything else and just using this in future.
I’m visiting here from the UK and this is the brand of shampoo I use when I’m home. The only difference is it’s called keratin smooth perfect in Europe. Why can’t I find this shampoo and conditioner on the shelves of salons and stores? I was running out and was in a frantic search for this and found it online from here. Any one with coloured hair should be using this shampoo. My hairstylist in the UK says it’s not as important to use the conditioner but daily use of the shampoo is imperative to keep my hair manageable. Bottom line is if your hair is unruly, frizzy and coloured you need this shampoo!
