Well refreshing, 2 years ago I would have scoffed at using things like this but now my training has increased I've learnt how they help to keep hydrated and I can push further and recover quicker. Found they were a massive help at Glastonbury festival keeping hydrated while it was hot and after to many ciders 😃🤙🤙

It’s great. Being honest, I wish there was the mixed berries subscription offer as I prefer the flavour and there isn’t the slight ‘head’ you get with pink grapefruit, but this is still a great product that definitely rehydrates well.
These tabs are Fantastic, critical for insuring Hydration while riding in the Texas Heat.. Keeps the legs strong, nutrients up and the Ride good, long and aggressive if you like. The other Thing i like about these tabs is that they don't leave a chalky residue like other tabs i've used in the past. I just wish they would use something other than Sucralose as a sweetener.
I've been using these for many years and they are a great taste and do the job well. Other similar products are too sweet or sickly. These just the right amount of flavour.I just won't buy direct in future due to shipping problems with SiS and will prefer to use bigger suppliers with more organised shipping operations.
my husband is very ill at the moment and cannot hold down liquids.We used to use a different drink for him.They were out of it -so, we ordered Science in Sport. Wow!! he can drink this and loves it. This is fantastic! He can get his fluids and all the good stuff he needs. Thank you guys, I will be ordering your product again.
My go to and favourite by far drinks for running, backpacking and cycling. I have used this for years and this is my only drink that I carry. I always buy lemon flavour which I never tire of. I can drink it all day and still not be fed up with it when I use it to boost my recovery. I used to get headaches from exertion but not when I use this and I am perfectly hydrated. I have used it for the West Highland Way Race running 95 miles and on multi day treks amongst other things. Convenient too although tabs can break and go powdery when not wrapped well.
If you're looking at these then you probably already know that keeping hydrated is not as simple as just consuming lots of water. Your body needs to replace lost minerals such as sodium as well as water in order to re-hydrate. That's where these come in. They contain a blend of electrolytes required to re-hydrate. The added caffeine is a great bonus too.
I added this to my daily routine while backpack hunting in the wilderness this year. Never suffered from muscle cramps even when hiking 10+ miles under load. Seemed to really help with the taste of the filtered lake water. I'll be buying this again for future trips.
