My go to and favourite by far drinks for running, backpacking and cycling. I have used this for years and this is my only drink that I carry. I always buy lemon flavour which I never tire of. I can drink it all day and still not be fed up with it when I use it to boost my recovery. I used to get headaches from exertion but not when I use this and I am perfectly hydrated. I have used it for the West Highland Way Race running 95 miles and on multi day treks amongst other things. Convenient too although tabs can break and go powdery when not wrapped well.

SIS is my go to for hydration and race supplements. These are no exception.Good shelf life along with flavors which are always easy to consume whilst racing or training.
I just tried the cola + caffeine tablet in 500ml of water, and it was pretty nice. The smell itself is very cola-like and the flavour I would describe it as like a toned down cola with 70% water, 20% carbonated water, and 10% cola flavour. The tablets are brilliant for convenience and travel. Personally, I would buy this product again.
Sis Electrolytes are good to use to re-hydrate and take before/during training. I can recommend the Lemon Flavour it tastes nice and i frequently buy this one. Much cheaper from other sites to buy Electrolyte tablet’s so cant complain very cheap. Great Product.
I've used SiS electrolyte tabs for a while, until I tried another brand. The taste is minimal which is great if you don't want to upset your stomach but not so good if you want to quench that thirst of something juicy.There are better tasting ones out there. However they seem to keep your electrolytes up when it's warm, so in that sense do the job intended.
I just love these tabs - the cola flavour is so easy to drink, and the number of tablets in a tube make these great value for money.Superb service too from the good people at sportsfuel - super fast order processing and delivery.
My go-to hydration, subtle flavours so they are very refreshing. I have one every morning in a pint of water to keep everything topped up, particularly during peak training, on race days I’ll probably get through 2-3 tabs for a 50mile ultra.
The flavour is a little weak but you get used to it . I use these when I workout first thing in the morning . They do a great job of helping me hydrate as fast as possible .
