The helmet is very nice, of good quality and at a very low price, compared to what else is on the internet. The services were ok, meaning the delivery, since I did not use any other services. The delivery was ok, it took 2-3weeks, but that was to be expected. Regardin the helmet, my only complaint is the internal sun visor, it doesn't go very low, there is a big gap between the sun visor and the nose guard. I will probably use a smoked visor and very rarely use the internal sun visor.

This is my 3rd Scorpion helmet (I also have an EXO 510 and an EXO R1) it's a 5* helmet with regard to noise features, looks, quality and how it embraces the head. I feel more protected than with Shoei GT-air 2 (which is highly advertised), and I feel it is more suited for me. I have it in S and fits perfectly. I mention I ride a Honda CB 1000 R, it is a great helmet for a naked bike ♡♡♡ the iridium visor is extraordinary both in sunlight and at night (no matter if it's in the city or out of..)

Lightest helmet I've ever owned. Very comfortable...pinlock and spare tinted visor included in the box. Has a drop down sun visor and cut outs internally for speakers. Neon Red appears more orange in reality. Delivery to Ireland took less than a week. Very happy with what is a great value sports/tourer helmet. The sound is very small when the speed is over 100 km/h. The size is like in description. The accesories included are very ok (smoked visor and pinlock). The pack was very good. No comment, I recommend this product. The weight is very light, the biker will not feel like something heavy on her head. The colour is gorgeus, like in description.
Decent helmet, slight scuffs removed with G3. Interior a bit grubby but cleaned up ok. Helmet came in the box it was purchased in, ie, not in a bag or other packaging so bit of damage removing tape, stickers etc. Apart from that all good.
Poor quality , first of all the visor lock is cheap and nasty , you can not operate realise latch with one hand it’s get jammed often , secondly strap is far longer then it should be .Noise level okay , but being full carbon weights just a fraction less then standard helmet.Overpriced and not value for money
This should be a 5 star review! The helmet is beautiful to look at comfortable and made from the best materials. It will undoubtedly perform well in a crash. BUT... I had to reject the first one sent to me as the plastic vent fittings were not fitted correctly - which would only have got worse over time and would have made noise at speed. Not good enough at this price point. I thought maybe it had been damaged in transit and Infinity were very happy to order me a new one (sadly not an in-stock item). Would you believe it - the new one had EXACTLY the same problem. Someone at Scorpion is seriously dropping the ball on quality control. I bought a Scorpion Exo 1400 air carbon with the day glow green stripe four years ago. Nothing has fallen off the cheek pads removable in an emergency moved a bit but reseated the sun visor has a tendency to drop down now on very very big bumps in the road. It has been all over the UK and done about 32000 miles. I love the light weight and the fit. Most favourite helmet. It is now to be relegated to pillion use as I can not get another clear visor for it and mine has got a few scratches from everyday use. The KDF 6 visor for the black plastic locking lug is unavailable unlike the KDF 6-1 which fits the carbon locking lug in the current helmet. Will I buy another Scorpion. I'd highly recommend the exo1400 air carbon to anyone looking for the perfect do it all full face helmet. It has every useful feature currently available all rolled into one beautifully crafted and super lightweight helmet. I bought a large same size as my other two helmets from schuberth and x-lite and it fits perfectly without using the airfit system. Large is 1280grams which is super light especially as it has an in built drop down sun visor. In the box there is a free dark tint and a pin lock visor along with good quality helmet and spare visor bags. That's about £100 of freebies so At £250 all in this represents extremely good value for a top quality helmet. Buy one you won't find better for anywhere near this price!
