The shipping was ahead of schedule, the quality was apparent from as soon as I opened the box. Being able to swap thumbsticks is amazing, I absolutely love the convex with a taller right stick, I’m able to be more precise with my aim. The paddles dont take too long to learn, and they are very intuitive. I’m able to basically move like when I played with keyboard and mouse. I’m still on the fence about the mouse click triggers, because I actually think it might take a tiny bit more force to click it than for the stock controller to take the input. It’s the only feature that I’m unsure of as of now. It definitely feels super cool and awesome, it just might not be as useful or practical, but I’ve only had about 4-6 hours with it. So far, I would say without a doubt, the reflex is an awesome controller and it’s well worth the money.Last thing, just remember, if you suck and you buy this controller, you’ll now just suck with an expensive controller. However, it did help my aim a bit and my movement is now way better and I dont die from having to take my thumb off the right stick.

Love the triggers and paddle placement. The back left paddle sticks though and I've had it for about a week and a half. Not game changingly bad or anything (just have to press it again to unstick) but can be an issue in-game. I use that paddle as the crouch for Apex Legends and going into a slide sometimes continues to stay down when I release screwing up my aim.

Controller looks good. I like the feel of it in my hands. It's been a couple of weeks and I'm noticing a lag with on of the back pedals, Sometimes I have to hit it hard for it to actually work properly. It took a sometimes for me to get used to it but, I might have to return it due to the back pedals. I can play for hours with 1 single charge. I guess my only issue is with the back peddles. Sometimes I notice a lag. Playing COD MW2 where every sec matter, that lag cost me some battles. Can be very annoying since it's such an expensive product and to have this issue this early. But overall good remote.

I was excited to receive my first scuff controller. I ordered one that was ready and available to ship. It arrived a little later than the schedule date but I received it. Upon testing it out everything works how it was designed. Paddles work, and it’s easy to customize some of the analogs. The grip and instant triggers work nice and are comfortable. My biggest and only issue is the quality. The controller skeleton case feels cheap. Especially the one that’s easily removable in the front. It feels cheep and you have to be careful when changing out the analog sticks otherwise it’ll break. Another quality issue I discovered was my controller was loosing coloration on the grips custom grips. The grey color I purchased has already lost some color to it. Other people have had this same issue. For the price we put it seems like the quality is just not there. You’re paying for the name and the paddles. The price was $290.00. For the price of half the console I would hope it would be better quality. I’m hoping they can receive this feed back and use sturdier controller skeletons like the original PlayStation controllers.
Love this controller ! So happy I went with the FPS model for my ps5. The mouse click type triggers have made my response time much faster and the back paddles as great ! The fave place is very easy to remove as are the thumb sticks. The only thing I wish it came with was matching color extra thumb sticks instead of black because I did switch to the convex stick on the right and now I have one grey and one black and the just me being picky. I do think it was a little expensive but you get what you pay for and I do believe that this was money well spent ! Very happy with this controller ! Would highly recommend !
SCUF Reflex FPS, owned for a week at the time of review. Came from overseas, had to wait a week to clear customs. Would've been good to know ahead of time but not a deal breaker. What I am very disappointed with is the quality and performance of the it. The up and left button on the D pad don't always register when pressed, left joy stick has not allowed for tac sprint on more than 1 occasion, and overall the quality and performance isn't there. Maybe I got a lemon or one that skipped quality control. As it stands now without a 2nd SCUF to compare it to, I'd say stick to the standard PS5 controller and get after market back buttons. I am waiting for a response from SCUF to see what they say and will update afterwards. This review is not intended to berate SCUF but ... MoreSCUF Reflex FPS, owned for a week at the time of review. The website was very useful and easy to maneuver through. From reading the details to putting the item in cart and checking out, the process was smooth. My friend recommended this company for my new Pc setup along with battle beaver but I chose SCUF. My gameplay on COD MW2 has been awesome with this controller. I have been able to level up most of my guns to gold by easily completing challenges due to SCUF. The feel of the controller is perfect and the digital click buttons are super responsive. Overall I recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their FPS experience.
Amazing controller, but not for the price point. The shipping took way too long, you have to pay for shipping on an already overpriced item, my mouse click buttons feel different from each other, and the grip does not go around the entire controller. Overall pretty disappointed, great controller, but needs to be about $100 less. Or unlock full customization at the base price
Controller is great, but the way that the controller is designed, makes it almost impossible for the user to service the controller.Still using potentiometer thumbsticks makes the controller prone to failure over time due to carbon pads rubbing away eventually. Using Hall effect sensors would be ideal. Also, since the controller needs to be sent it if any repairs need to happen, there's a severe dependence on SCUF to do a job quickly. The only problem is is that for SCUF to do anything quickly, money is involved. I'd pay $400+ to get a SCUF controller that is user repairable or even just modular joysticks like the DualSense Edge or Victrix BFG.
This controller has zero haptics. The triggers for the FPS functionality are not adjustable the way they are on other SCUF controllers. The controller itself feels too lightweight and cheap. This controller costs nearly $300 after tax and shipping (lol at no free shipping)...it's worth maybe $75. Don't buy it.
