Took a few times before the product would self inflate, though even without self inflation it takes only about a breath to inflate. Quite comfortable, softens hard surfaces. Packs down easily into its own bag.

Love this seat! took on a recent hiking trip and pulled it out at lunchtime and unwrapped it. initially I thought it would self inflate but did require a few short breaths to do so. I then joked I'd never get it back in its packet but Wow! easy as. It deflated with not a lot of effort and slipped neatly back in it's cover. My hiking partner loved it so much she also wants one. Oh, and its very very comfy!!

Almost perfect

Well designed. I like the air inlet/outlet design and fabric. The only thing that could be better is the small carry sack it comes with. It should be just a little bit larger as it is difficult to fit it back in the sack after use. Overall, it does the job well.

You wouldn't think a 1.5" sit pad could be a sufficient amount of distance between your bottom and a rock, but this pad stands up to test! Worried that you'll pop the poor thing under you weight? Well don't worry any longer. This pad was design very well. Now don't get your pet elephant to sit on the floor beside you to watch animal planet, but a 250 pound human can enjoy this pad like a 100 pound. So why delay? Get this pad for your next camp out, or hike to a place where you would enjoy a soft touch opposed to a confey rock, or maybe the bleachers at the kids game. Money well spent, I'd say!(I was not given this seat cushion or money, or persuaded by S2S to write this or be positive in any way.)

Fantastic cushion!

The seat cush is working! The last one separated on the inside and this was the replacement. I use this on my couch as the couches seat is shaped like a bucket seat on a vehicle, and the bucket seat style isn’t comfortable to my back. The S2S seat cushion provides the elevation I require to keep my body posture lifted thus making the couch comfortable. I’d say this cushion is very essential, and gets used more than our dinning room table!

Great portable seat!

This inflatable, lightweight seat is just what I needed. I keep it in the car to use at picnics or camping when I may have to sit on the ground, and I take it with me to help make airline seats more comfortable. Great product!

Sea to Summit self inflating seat cushion

I bought this as I read a review that it was better than some of the competitors that are only inflatable (ie don’t have any foam support). I use these for long haul flights on the hard seats that are common these days on aircraft. This Sea to Summit cushion feels a lot more supportive than the current one I use from Klymit and is only marginally bigger. It’s still extremely lightweight and lacks down small. Looking forward to using it on my next flight.

The Best Seat for your Caboose

This seat is seriously legit. The best thing is that it is foam filled and air filled to your liking as well. This means that is has some good insulation values and can be used in a variety of settings. It packs down inside the small sack it comes with to the size of a pop can. Another great feature is the double valve, which allows you to inflate and deflate separately from each other.Highly recommend for a seat cushion.

The extra cushion for my kayak

This product is exactly what I wanted to add extra cushion and comfort to my kayak seat. It is far superior to the Klymit brand seat pad I bought initially. It allows me to be in my kayak for hours without any discomfort. I’m a satisfied customer.
