Harder Than most mattress I’ve slept on. So not like the shop. Would be better to try something else if it’s supportive softness you were seeking.

We bought this mattress to replace our 7 year old Ikea one. We wanted one that was super plush and comfortable/soft. We tried out the one in-store at a couple of Myers stores and decided it was super comfortable and just what we were looking for. When it arrived, however, we have been disappointed that it is actually much harder than the one we tried in-store and is in reality very similar to our old Ikea one. I am hoping that perhaps the ones in-store have been "broken in" and have therefore softened up and that ours might do the same over time - fingers crossed!

When it arrived, however, we have been disappointed that it is actually much harder than the one we tried in-store and is in reality very similar to our old Ikea one. I am hoping that perhaps the ones in-store have been "broken in" and have therefore softened up and that ours might do the same over time - fingers crossed!
