I purchased the Sealy Halcyon mattress (the prior Equisite mattress to the Helix) earlier this year from Freedom. Freedom were so great to deal with, and the delivery service was excellent. But the mattress itself is shockingly bad. I first ordered the "medium" which was harder and more uncomfortable than sleeping on a wooden floor. I tried it for 4 months and then paid the "gap" to swap it for the "plush". I have now had a couple of months in the plush and I must say I am just totally flabbergast that this product exists and is being sold at this price point. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable - its way too hard and yet also totally unsupportive at the same time. The "edge" design makes you roll into the middle. Likewise my daughter's IKEA mattress which was a small fraction of the price is far more comfortable than this mattress. I am just so confused. I would never purchase a Sealy product again. A brutally expensive mistake.

LOVE this mattress. Super supportive, comfortable and sufficiently soft and cosy at the same time. No aches and pains in the morning any more.
