I am a tenant and the wife was upset that I was inconveniencing the neighbors. Thankfully the neighbors seem quite understanding and never raised a fuss.

It stinks really bad and also sticks to your shoes so you drag it through the house, but it has helped my lawn and would be great if you fenced it off no one could walk on it.
