I have never had success taking calcium supplements even though I need to take them for osteoporosis. I have used Sea-fibre for some time now as I believe it really helps maintain a good level of metabolism. So I was excited with the introduction of Sea-firbe Cal. They are perfect for me, I take the recommended four tablets daily. I am interested to see how my calcium levels respond when I do my annual Blood tests in August.

I've been buying Seafibre-3 for about four years now. The product itself is excellent and makes me feel like I am doing my body a real favour. It's all but cured my psoriasis. I like the fact that it comes from seaweed that is harvested locally from a really reputable and ethical Aussie company. On top f that, their customer service is personal and outstanding. Thanks!

SEAFIBRE 3I was led to SF3 by page 125 of “The good gut anti-inflammatory diet “[2023] with “a 10% improvement in their cholesterol levels” …also a 27% reduction in markers of chronic inflammation.”I have been taking these capsules for over 2 months and so far have noted slight improvement in my blood test results and I am happy to continue.Taste/ strength of smell of capsules means that once a week I place the capsules into a 7day dispenser. My wife and son decided to move onto SF-Cal and SF-Fucoidan respectively.
I've been taking SeaFibre-3 for quite a few months. Recently, I had various blood tests. The one I was most interested in was my cholesterol level. I'm happy to say that my overall cholesterol level has marginally come down, The LDL, bad cholesterol, has stablised. If SeaFibre-3 assits me to stay off statins, then I will be very happy. I feel positive about continuing to take SeaFibre-3 and look forward to my next cholesterol test.

My blood pressure seems to be much better, I can do exercise and not spend 3 days recovering, I have more energy and I've just had full blood tests done and they have all come back normal. I had neck surgery 12 months ago removing two disintegrated discs and replacing with titanium and have suffered a lot with nerve damage and other issues, but these are now gradually resolving and I am sure it is because I have been taking this amazing little product. I do not like eating any type of seafood so this is a great alternative for me. I have been taking the Seaweed Fibre 3 tablets everyday for 3 months now and they have significantly improved the skin condition I have had for 6 years called Hidradenitis Suppurativa.The inflammation has dramatically decreased, therefore not only helping my skin to heal itself, but also this has helped improve my mental health. I am so grateful I listened to Michael Moseley's Clever Guts book and found these tablets. Nothing else I have used over these past 6 years has worked like the Fibre 3 Seaweed tablets 🌸
I haven’t been taking these long enough to comment on their effectiveness. I am finding them difficult to take as I can’t swallow pills so must break them open and mix with liquid. They are VERY strong which makes them horrible to take in anything plus they turn to a gel if you mix in anything but hot liquid. I can’t swallow them when they turn to gel.I can say that the delivery was flawless and the customer reps are wonderfully helpful. Hoping I can find a way to make these palatable enough so I can give them a real try.
I eat a very good diet but the addition of the Sea Fibre capsules has been a game changer. My tummy bloating has disappeared and my bowel motions have equalised to a more consistent pattern and texture. I needed to start off slowly with just one capsule a day and over the course of a few weeks, increasing the dose. Otherwise I found it made me burp afterwards. Now I take four capsules a day without any worries.
As we age our bodies certainly let us know what is going OK and what isn't. I had some physical damage about 10 years ago and have been on a road to recovery. A bit like COVID, should say to my new normal!! My aim was to get back to being able to do the things that make my soul shine, this includes bush walking, working on the property which takes a lot of physical work. Seafirbre is one part of the mix that has enabled me to get back to doing most things that make life good for me. I have improved blood pressure, cholesterol - again all part of maintaining a healthy me.
