I had bought this after seeing Dr Lynch recommend it in a FB video he did. I had originally bought the chewable tablet for my daughter who can't swallow pills. I purchased another brand in capsules for me. I had taken a full bottle of the capsules, but hadn't felt that much of a difference. I had decided one day to try a tablet to see how it reacted to me before giving it to my daughter. OMG! I felt an immediate decrease in my high histamine headache and the internal shaking/muscle spasms stopped within seconds of chewing 1/2 a tablet up and letting it sit in my mouth. Amazing! I'm bummed that it's sold out right now. I will be ordering more as soon as it's back in stock.

I bought this after watching a Ben Lynch video talking about the positive effect this had for his wife & how she hoards supplies. The benefit was specifically how it eased post work out soreness. I do gentle to moderate exercise, some floor exercises and walks in the park and i would like the same benefits. From day 1 this had a strange effect on my eyes, took me a few days to make the connection. Stopped and re started and same thing happened, eye soreness, blurry vision. It did not have any effect on my energy or post exercise soreness. Appreciating we are all different & there is no one size fits all.But peed off because i cannot afford expensive supplements.

Decided to clean out flower bed and dreading it because exercise always leaves me wasted. Took 1/2 pqq and headed out the door. An hour later my shoulder muscles were aching but no fatigue. Took the other half of pqq. This afternoon no achy muscles and I feel great. Gonna try again tomorrow. If this works again it will be life changing for me. Be aware I have never been able to work out without fatigue. May not work for you if you can work out and not feel wasted.

As someone who is sensitive to nearly everything, I don't seem to be as much to this product. I can tell you that I do notice when I don't take it. I have less energy.But I do try to pulse as Dr Lynch recommends. That was always a good strategy for me and he was the first one to put it into words and mechanisms of why it is a good idea. I never felt understood before that.
This lozenge tastes great and provides the energy support I'm looking for. I find that I feel fully supported after heavy lifting. The only thing is that it turns my teeth a blue-green color and that clashes with my red lipstick. I would love the same product but in a pill form.
The PQQ lozenges, along with some Optimal Liposomal Glutathione, has greatly helped my elderly mother. She is someone who doesn't take very good care of herself, so she is often feeling under the weather, and it's become obvious from her physical appearance. I needed to find her some additional supplements that were safe for her to take and would actually make some difference in her day to day life. I stumbled upon a talk of Dr. Lynch's and ordered them right away. Since she starting taking these supplements, and we've noticed that her immunity has increased, and she is a bit livelier these days. I'm very happy I discovered Dr. Lynch's talks on these supplements <3
I use them in the morning and can see the difference with my energy level. I do use the pulse method, recognizing I don’t need them every day.I alternate with other supplements from seeking health only.Thank you for bringing healthy products and furthering our education on healthy living.
The product itself works well and is more efficient than tablets. I gave it 3 stars because it does however it stains my teeth and tongue badly and brushing tongue and teeth does not resolve the stain. Even charcoal doesn’t remove it.I work with people all day so it makes it almost impossible to use the product without people commenting. If I were to rate the efficiency of the product it’s a 5 star. Good for people who don’t have to socialize throughout the day.

I trust the Seeking Health supplements so will continue using in hopes of something more soon. I have found it helpful to take prior to brushing my teeth as following the instructions and dissolving under my tongue leaves a blue film on my teeth.I am a bit annoyed by how few tablets there are by comparison to bottle size. I ordered 4 bottles and upon opening, I could fit the contents of all four bottles in one, with quite a lot of room to spare. What an unfortunate waste of plastic. Surely you could use a smaller bottle or sell in larger quantities to match bottle size. I have used a bottle of PPQ and haven't noticed any difference in my energy production whatsoever. not sure what to say about it. maybe one bottle isn't enough to see any difference. or maybe one pill isn't capable of fixing bigger issue.
