I love these. When I learned my vitamin D level was nearly deficient at 29, I chose to do a loading dose without K2 for 5 days. It was crazy how my gut health changed in those first few days. (I'd never heard of a vit D/gut health link, but there definitely is one)! Then, I already had a cheap, but organic brand of D/K2 drops from Amazon that I started after the loading dose. Strangely enough, I felt like I was going backwards. Their quality was subpar with possible rancid olive oil, as well. So, I quickly started these because I love all my Seeking Health products and really trust the company! I did 10,000 IUs for about 2 weeks, and then went down to a maintenance dose of 5000 per day. It's hard to write a review when you've hardly had time to use the thing, but I had been taking the Vitamin D drops and just moved over to D3/K2 after watching Dr. Lynch's videos. I don't like how thin the D3/K2 drops are compared to the old batch of D3. It's exceedingly difficult to give a single drop. Multiple drops come out and get everywhere. I smear the extra on my face, not meaning to waste any, but it's irritating. I want to give ONE drop, but it's nearly impossible with the new drops. Of course, the drops work perfectly well.

I was taking what I thought was a good Vitamin D3 supplement daily. My blood work showed I was low on Vitamin D3. I was told that meant my current supplement was not a good one. She told me about this vitamin D3 + K2 and now my levels are all good. This is the brand they have at their office. I came here to order more. Proof is in the bloodwork.
My midwife recommended this brand due to my low Vit D levels, since starting not too long ago my levels went up. Will be ordering more and doubling dose to see if we can get to the optimal level to support my little one as well as myself. Easy to swallow capsules, love that its just one a day at the higher 5,000mcg dosage! Love that the ingredients are simple and nothing extra! Will be trying out the prenatal and magnesium powder next.
I have used this product for a few years now. I’m very happy with the combination of D3 and K2. I appreciate the fact that Seeking Health does testing on their raw materials to make sure that their supplements are safe. At this time, we really need to become educated about the company behind the product , more so than the product itself. I do trust Seeking Health. I love that this supplement has 3rd party tested. And the quality meet its standard. The doesnt have bad ingredient or additional filler like others. Size is fine. I like that I dont have to take 3 dosage a day only 1x a day. I feel that it helps my immunity. Its a good source of vit D esp like me that I dont get too much sun light everyday. Package is fine. It came soon. I have vitamin D deficiency thats why I felt that this has good effect on me and my bones and my mood. Doesnt have taste and after effect. Good absorption.
I like having one product instead of two. I hesitated getting the combination supplement because I was not certain of the proportions of the D3 to the K2 but after doing some research, I found the combination to be what is recommended. I require as much as 7500 mg or more of D3 to keep my blood levels of D3 around 90, which is recommended by my doctor. This product only has 5000, however, I get D3 in other products I take. I had been taking a liquid D3, amounts of which could easily be adjusted according to my latest blood levels. Time will tell whether I will absorb the D3 from a capsule as well as I absorb it from a liquid.
