Saved my life! I have been seeing doctors for 8 years and diagnosed with IBS. After taking this for a few weeks I have been off all of my medication for eight months. I only take the pepzin as need now. I wish I found this product years ago. I would have saved thousands of dollars and many years of pain and hopelessness. I would highly recommend trying this product.
Have started using this and like that it’s an easy capsule to swallow. Have noticed a little nausea with them but I do with most zinc supplements. I just take them at night so I don’t notice it. Still too early to see effectiveness but so far so good.
I have tried various brands of zinc carnosine and often stomach upset occurs when taking. I have found these to be easy to take with a little food and no side effects. Within a few days of starting this product my stomach felt well supported.

Please don't ever go out of stock of this product again. The last time you ran out I had to try a different brand, which didn't work nearly as well for me. I didn't feel nearly as well until you got it back in stock and I was able to start taking it again. It really helps with my gut issues and bloating. Good product. I like that it is a clean, high quality supplement with no excipients like magnesium stearate. I highly respect Dr. Lynch and trust him and all of his supplements. I use many of them.
I’ve recently added this product and experimenting what is the best time to take for the best absorption . So far taking it with a meal works best for me. So far I don’t have an upset stomach that I have experienced with other brand zinc. I am looking for quality and absorption to ingest any supplement because I have a sensitivity to many foods.
