I live in a large assisted living center and I didn't want a sit down scooter. Now I ride my Pro 2 to the dinning room and activities...I have the best ride in my community. I love the nice slow starts and quick stop hand brake. And everyone wants to see my scooter app! Thank you Segway for a great scooter and helmet.

I got this a couple weeks ago and it was packed very well and just as important, it was extremely easy to assemble. I got this to help on my in-office days to replace my walk to and from the train station to a ride. And it's been great for that purpose but beyond that, it's just fun to ride. On a nice spring day, I'll take it for a ride around the neighborhood, just to get some fresh air and have some fun. I look forward to using it more as the weather continues to get warmer.

The E2 Pro falls short on quality. I've received two units, with the first failing at just 1.8 miles and the replacement malfunctioning straight out of the box! Both flagged a Code 18 error (motor sensor). It's unclear whether this is due to design flaws or poor quality control. After three weeks, I'm still unable to ride. Currently working on securing a third replacement, which might take another two weeks due to the return process. My advice: steer clear of the E2 Pro for now! A detailed YouTube video on my experience with this model is in the works.

Christmas gift for my daughter from her grandfather. Battery went out after only 4 months. SEGWAY "customer service" gave us nothing but excuses and hassles for past month and won't honor the warranty. I'm not one to ever write reviews good or bad, but if I can get just one person to not buy this scooter, this will make me feel better about my wasted time and disappointed little girl. DONT BUY THIS SCOOTER. But any other brand. Segway doesn't stand behind their product!
I’ve been completely impressed with this scooter! Nice soft ride. My one complaint is the App. You do need to get it tho if you want all the features and for firmware update. Even tho the app is not great this scooter is still 5 stars!
Though this is an entry-level scooter, I am truly blown away by how well built the E2 Pro is! I took it on an 8 mile round-trip to run some errands and encounted rough roads and A LOT of steep hills. Without any suspension, I was surpised by how well the scooter handled bumps with minimal shock transfering through the handlebars, and also very little noise as well. Hills were also no issue. As a 180lb. rider, this scooter took me straight up some properly steep hills without a sweat (I should also mention that I was not even in the most powerful mode). Mentioning the handlebars, they are also a highlight. They are quite wide which helps with stabilty compared to the other few scooters I have ridden. Segway scooter is an excellent options for adults and kids. My family uses it routinely. It’s safe with features to assist with safety such as head light, turn signals and breaks. It also provides different speed levels for specific riders. Overall the Segway scooter has been fantastic and worth the purchase.
I’ve had the scooter for about a month now, been riding it almost everyday to school. It’s been working great for me! Nice speed and range, but also not too heavy to carry around. The ride is always smooth, love the Apple Find My function as well. Overall I think it definitely worth the price. It’s a great entry level scooter for easy daily commute.
I purchased this Segway for daily commuting to/from house to train to office. It's an incredibly smooth and sturdy ride! The ergonomics are great and it goes the "right speed" enough power to make it efficient while totally feeling safe and in control. The best part is it makes the commute enjoyable!
We had been through SEVERAL electric scooters and all had something wrong - mechanisms broke, the software didn't work, charging failed, etc. but we came across SEGWAY which has proved quick, durable, and fits the bill for a very active 14-year-old. We have had this for several months now and it has performed great. We highly recommend this scooter!
