After receiving a different washer and it being too big for my space, I called customer service and they immediately helped me find the perfect one! They arranged pickup of the old machine and also installing the new one, at no cost! I was even able to use the washer in the meantime. I cannot fault this service, you guys make it so easy. Its the best customer service I’ve ever had.The washer itself is great, quieter than any I’ve had. It washes great and doesn’t leave the clothes crinkly like some top loaders can. Very basic machine. More than big enough for a family of two (adult plus teenager). Doesn't have a separate intake for fabric softener, instead says it will beep and you add it at the appropriate time - I've never got this to work. Having said that, I haven't noticed any difference by not adding fabric softener. Quite loud, but most washing machines are.

I had high hopes for this machine but unfortunately from the minute I ran my first wash I found water leaking out from under the machine. I recall that I had read a couple of comments about this on previous reviews so I called up appliances online and a technician came out to take a look. He was unable to establish why it was leaking but he did adjust the legs at the front of the machine to try and tilt it backwards to see if this would fix it. The next couple of loads were quite okay but then when I did a full load I noticed it started leaking again. I notified the technician via text message and he suggested that I do not do any more full loads. It’s sort of defeats the purpose of buying a 7 kg machine however!I’m very careful not to overload the machine but if I ... Have purchased from Appliances Online previously and was happy to do so again. Service and prices are always good. Happy with the Seiki 7kg top loading washing machine for the price, washes and spins well, although a bit small for a 7kg washing machine. Only drawback is that the clothes get very tangled, I found the old agitator washing machines better. The other problem is the user manual is very limited and no help, with no explanations, or information on how programs work, since the lights show up for multiple programs, which is confusing. But overall satisfied for the price.
Easy to use. No fuss. Had a 15 year old machine before we replaced it with this one. The installation folk were super nice and took away the old machine no problem. There was plenty of notice given about delivery and it was a fairly smooth process.As for the machine itself the quick cycle is a nice addition and the fact you can put a timer on to set it before bed so it's done when you wake up is really nice.Load capacity as expected and when it's on it's not too bad in terms of noise.
I couldn't be happier with my washing machine. It is quiet, very efficient, and washes extremely well. The price was affordable and adequate for my use. I would highly recommend this machine if you don't have hundreds of $$$ to spend as it does the job. I love the glass top lid as you can see how well the drum turns the clothes with no force. I am very happy.
I purchased this washer for my brother. He wanted a cheap washer, but new. My family has sever5Seiki products and never had any issues with any of them and this washing machine is no exception.Very easy to use, fits into small areas and washes excellent.I have no complaints. He has been using it for 4 weeks without any problems at all.It's early days, but I have every confidence that it will last well.
Very easy and smooth buying process- the delivery was smooth as well.However, there are two major problems with the machine itself.1. leaking!!!!water non-stop dripping into the machine. we have to turn off the taps right after washing. BUT, it still drips, sometimes dripping quite badly making the empty machine like a fish tank without fish... so we have to get all the cloths out right after it's done.2. as mentioned in other comments, the spinning doesn't do a good job. the cloths are way toooo wet! have to use the spin function again after the washing mode. then quickly get the cloths out to avoid the leaking water.I find the noise level is fine, acceptable, but the two points above are quite annoying. if budget is not big of issue, i'd suggest to pay ...
