Seiko Prospex has unveiled its first ever solar-powered watch with a GMT hand, driven by its own in-house built 5K62 calibre. It has been affectionately dubbed the 'Sumo' by Seiko aficionados due to its shape and size, as well as the 12 o'clock marker, creating a very sturdy aesthetic. The Lumibrite colour on the 24-hour hand is highly visible even when underwater, while the aqua-coloured dial adds a vibrant touch to the finely-pressed pattern design. The 200m water resistance is coupled with a stainless steel case and energy-efficient power generation.Prospex is a combination of the words 'Professional' and 'Specifications.'
