I have owned the SRPD27 for 2 years and enjoy it.Fit and finish are perfect. The bezel alignment is exact and the bezel functionsp erfectly. I am lucky with the COSC quality (+3/sec/day) accuracy I am getting from this watch.The QC is without flaw and I like the candy bar cyclops. Despite the nay sayers,Hardlex is more than up to the day to day bumps of daily watch usage.I would recommend this timepiece to anyone who wants a good looking,well functioning, affordable watch.Well done,Seiko!

This is a great affordable automatic watch. It’s my daily driver and I wear it all the time.
I bought this watch 8 months ago, and so far, I have not experience any problem with it. It is my daily watch, and have used it in snow, rain, heat, while hiking or just daily life. So far, no problem. The silicone strap is showing some wear and tear. It has lost most of its shine, and there is a pronounced line where the buckle is rubbing against it. This is the usual weak spot on all rubber or silicone strap. The crystal is still clean and has no visible scratch. The case itself still looks new. Now accuracy. I have noticed that my watch is losing around 3 - 4 seconds per day no matter what position I set it down at night, after using it between 8 - 10 hours per day. I had this watch for about 6 months now. It is my everyday watch and have not found anything that I dislike about it. I love the aggressive look of this watch, specially the concave bezel. It is very comfortable to wear, although a little heavy, even compared to my other dive watches. The lume is great and remains readable in the dark even after several minutes. My watch gains around 14 seconds per day after wearing it for 8-10 hrs, and doesn't matter what position I set it down after taking it off at night - way within the specs of the 4R36 movement of +45/-35 sec per day. Overall, I love it and hope it will last as long as my SKX007 did, or longer.
Watch arrived in perfect condition as if bought directly at the jewelry store. I was looking for a quality diver that didnt break the bank a this watch has exceeded my expectations. Sharp looking, solid build and has been keeping time at +4 seconds per day. Very happy with this purchase.
Very nice watch, I dont know yet about shock proof toughness? I dont like the dial knob out in open unprotected, having given those criticisms I think its a prescision running watch with adjustable bezel and very good illumination @night if its been in bright sunlight during the day. The illumination was one of the criterias of the watch I was looking for; it also has smooth precision movement.
I had been holding out to buy a Phoibos Eagle Ray diver but waited to long and they were sold out. So happy that I waited, I just got this watch today and it is gorgeous.
