I got a couple of these to use with their cardioid mics and a basic PA system I use. The most under whelming part about them was reading the specs in the manual and seeing they are only 10 milliwatts. That said, the XS receivers work surprisingly well with the receivers, and in a room that was over 100' across.They feel flimsy to the touch, the clip isn't very strong. Buy hey, ya get what you pay for. I use them just occasionally, in a portable PA system. I don't think they would hold up to rugged day to day or regular use. But I'll use them a dozen or so times a year, so they work for me.

I use it in a gym full of kids. Works great and takes some abuse.
The transmitter was purchased as an exact replacement for our previous transmitters. The last transmitter lasted over 5 years of daily use and, unfortunately, sometimes misuse. The new transmitter worked perfectly out of the box.
They're solid. They don't feel cheap. of course, they're not. I'm usinf these with the ME 2ii lav mics and theSennheiser EM-XSW 1 Dual-Channel Stationary Receiver and I'm very happy. One button synch to the receiver. I like the mute switch on top AND the battery display is nice.
