I've found that THIS sensodyne is a GREAT toothpaste for those with teeth sensitivity. It REALLY genuinely helps with teeth that suffer from hot/cold sensitivity or are going through dental work. When I compare this toothpaste to Colgate optic white, it is no where near as whitening, HOWEVER the Colgate optic white actually burns and can at times aggravate my tooth sensitivity after usage.THIS is a great "daily" toothpaste for me. It doesn't have too strong of a taste, it doesn't burn the tounge or gums, it's just overall a great toothpaste and if you suffer from teeth sensitivity this can be a game changer. So I have very sensitive teeth. There arent a ton if options for good sensitivity toothpastes that actually last. This lasts and has a nice mellow flavor, as well as strengthening enamel over time after using it for months. After using this I noticed a decrease in sensitivity as well as they look just cleaner. I do not see any extra strength or anything different from other brands as far as my enamel hardening but I am not a dentist. I will recommend this to anyone I know who has sensitive teeth. Best Toothpaste for Sensitivity

Works better than sensitive generic. Much better, it actually inhibits sensitivity sensations of all sorts. I was using generic and started having teeth sensitivity issues eating and drinking and I had to switch back. For me, worth the price, since I went to the dentist they told me my teeth were perfectly fine, just sensitive to cold and temperature changes, certain textures. This is the only toothpaste I use and it even comes WITHOUT whitening agent, which can exacerbate sensitivity.

Sensodyne Pronamel Fresh Breath

This is the only one for me! It has just the right amount of minty flavor without the burn of other brands. Very gentle. Not harsh or stripping. It really gets the job done! I have very sensitive gums that react badly to SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) and I believe we should all be mindful of strengthening our enamel. It does cost more, but for me it is worth it and I will continue to repurchase.

I love this toothpaste! Really helps with the pain and sensitivity I get from receding gums. Other sensitive toothpaste I've used in the past was almost "flat" this makes a good lather on my teeth, which may seem strange, but makes me feel like it's working, plus it just feels like normal toothpaste. Helps with bad breath too. When I've had to use regular toothpaste I immediately get pain, but after I use this sensodyne again, the pain goes away
