I have two Chihuahuas Brian and seth and I am totally blind! The sentinel really helps them, the only problem is because I can't do the flea treatment using the solution because I am totally blind this is the best product, the problem is my dogs are very fussy and refused to take it from my hand, another problem is I have tried giving it to them in their meals my boys deliberately don't touch it because they don't like the taste even though it is meant to be yummy! I have tried putting it down there throats, and even though it goes into the mouth, they spit it back out again, this is stressful for me because I wish that they would take it like a treaty, but this is the only product that I'm able to use, I wish it was subsidised though as I'm on a blind pension, but ... MoreI have two Chihuahuas Brian and seth and I am totally blind! I wish there was a paste the did the same thing as the sentinel to but it would be easier to put that in their mouth because the sentinel chew is really hard for me to get them to take! It's really annoying and frustrating
I have used these on all my dogs I have had and still have. They are the best thing for protecting them from flees etc. It’s one chew a month in with their food or taken by hand and that’s it they are protected. My dogs have never has flees and they go for walks on the park daily and other dogs are there so there is bound to be flees in the grass. But I don’t worry as I said they are protected from flees. It’s a great product and I wouldn’t use anything else.

I have been giving these to my two small dogs for some years now. Our Mini Foxy is happy to take the chew and wolfs it down as if it's a treat. The Maltese/Westie is very picky but takes it disguised in pate! We tried different products once or twice in the early days but found the oil on the back of the neck treatment irritated the Maltese/Westie's skin issues and the Mini Foxy was trying to lick it off him, other tablets didn't cover what we wanted them to.
I have bought Sentinel chews for my dog since he was a pup. They seem to work because we get a clean bill of health every year at the vet & he's happy & energetic. I wish he liked to eat them as a treat but he doesn't. I used to hide it in chicken, he worked that out. Then I mashed it in tasty gravy & it was time-consuming & he still knew. Now I get him to lie on his back across my knee, & quickly pop it down the back of his throat & it's gone before he realises. Plus, he then gets a treat. That seems to be the best way for us now & no hard feelings on his part.
