~ Greetings, I recently purchased this blush and I am very happy about the pigment and how nicely this blush seats on apples of my cheeks! One strike and the color was a beautiful shade of a happy, medium pink. I went walking and afterwards I noticed that my cheeks still had the beautiful color on, therefore this matte formula blush has a great color payoff. The packaging is so great as well, for it will be so easy to carry with you even in your smallest purse. I am going to look into other shades and purchase more. It easily blends as well. The product does not have any scent and the price point is average as well. A++++

This is the Sephora collection colorful blush and they retail for $14.00. There were a few shades available, I’ve tried 4 of them and they did perform consistently. The pigment on these is semi-sheer, buildable to medium. The best color to me is so shy option. It is a pretty, light pink with warm undertones. The ones I tried has a flat, matte finish. The formula is drier, a little dusty. It is firmly pressed in the compact, picks up well with a brush. I felt like this looks a little dry on my skin. I have mostly normal skin, maybe a tiny dry in some places. Just had a “flat” look that came across a bit dry. This barely lasted 6 hours on me. It’s decent, but honestly I’ve tried some drugstore blushes that I liked better

I received the Sephora Colorful® Blush in the shade 27 Charmed complimentary from Sephora. For those who know me already, I am big on first impressions when it comes to the product I try. The minimal packaging I do not hate, especially because excessive packaging is wasteful. After taking off the side seals, I was shocked to see that this compact blush came with a mirror! I love having compact makeup with a mirror because then that just means I will be taking it with me everywhere! For the actual product, the color pay off is super nice! I have yet to own a color like 27 Charmed and I am absolutely in love!

I received this product complimentary from Sephora Collection. I recently tried the Sephora Colorful Blush in the shade Passionate and I absolutely love it. The color is stunning and adds a beautiful flush to my cheeks. The formula is highly pigmented, so a little goes a long way. It blends effortlessly and leaves a natural, radiant finish. I appreciate that it's buildable, allowing me to achieve my desired intensity. The compact size is perfect for on-the-go touch-ups. If you're in search of a gorgeous blush that delivers a lovely pop of color, the Sephora Colorful Blush in Passionate is a fantastic choice.

Perfect shade for summer and a sunkissed look!✅ lasted the whole day on my oily- acne prone skin. I set it with a setting spray though.❌ the formula works better with denser synthetic brushes, and best diffuses with a natural bristle brush.🌺 OVERALL RATING: 5/5➡️ I love the reformulated formula of this powder blush from Sephora. It ticks all the boxes of a great blush in my beauty book and lasts so long on my oily skin despite the uber hot weather this summer. The color works well on my medium neutral skin tone and imparts that much coveted natural sunkissed glow.✨
So I got this new formula and I just found the previous formula at Marshalls so here's what I've found between them. The new formulation for sure isn't as pigmented which does make it easier to control. The previous formula a little went a long way but if I didn't use an airy brush it would've been way too much. Both blended well on me but I'm white like boiled chicken so I don't need a lot of either formula. I have a couple of the newly formulated blushes and they are a bit on the lightly pigmented side. I did try some on a tan skin toned client and with a denser brush it went on beautifully and she purchased one so you just have to find the right tool for the job. I used the Sephora Collection #99 brush on her so something of that density really helped pick up the ... I used the Sephora Collection #99 brush on her so something of that density really helped pick up the product. I do like that this new formula is less powdery and you can build it up for more control but I can understand the people who want the pigment straight from the start. It's all going to vary on your taste of tools and technique.
I have a couple of these blushes in the old packaging and I absolutely love them. The shade LoveChild I actually completely used up so I went to order another one and I see now they are in different compacts with different shades. I like matte so I chose the shade Self Made. When I opened it I thought it was going to be way too light on my medium-tan skintone, but it's not! It's a very pretty neutral natural shade, kind of like nude-y pink. I love these blushes for the price, they remind me a lot of the Gucci blushes. If you're looking for a nice neutral "everyday" kind of blush, that will go with any eye makeup or lip color, Self Made is a really pretty shade. Even looks pretty as an eyeshadow.
Powdered blush will always be my favorite type of blush to use, so i LOVE to try new ones. I’ve not tried the Sephora blush formula before, so I can compare with the OG formulas, but I really liked the current formula. I got a rich spicy copper “Charmed” shade thet to me was a deep coral. It swatched very pigments and smooth before use. It was supposed to be a shimmer finish, but it wasn’t over the top luninious, which is what I like. And it was definitely a deep shade I had to use a gentle hand with for my fair skin. But it was super pretty on the cheek. Very pigmented picking it up with my brush, and application to my cheeks it blended out super easy. And you could definitely see the color, but blended so I didn’t look like a clown. This is one of the very rare times when I have to leave a negative review for a Sephora Collection product but here it is...I ordered the color Free Spirit, thinking that it would have a similar texture to the Shame On You (before these got repackaged) which I have and enjoy. Now this Free Spirit one is not at all what I was expecting. It is dry, very hard-pressed, and contains large particles of gold glitter. I don't know if you could tell by the picture I'm including with my review but this glitter is especially visible in natural light. The color is somewhat of a coral peach. I was expecting it to be more on the peach side, tbh but it's fine. The Shame On You from the previous collection also contained some glitter but that was micro glitter, the kind that's ... I was expecting it to be more on the peach side, tbh but it's fine. The Shame On You from the previous collection also contained some glitter but that was micro glitter, the kind that's almost unnoticeable on the face. This one almost makes it look like you have fallout from a glittery eyeshadow you applied earlier or something like that... The only improvement is the packaging because this one is much easier to open. I'm not sure if it can be depotted like the ones in the older collection but it's only one tier, so you don't have to struggle to make sure you don't open the second tier and the refills end up flying out of the packaging. And even if glitter on your face doesn't bother you, the texture of this blush is weird. It's dry in a way that when it goes on your face, it doesn't sink into your skin and kind of accentuates all the imperfections, giving extra texture to your skin.I'd say that unless there is a color that is unique to you and you just need to have it, skip this one...
I have a Sephora Collection blush in Hot Flush, and when I saw that they had new packaging and new shades, I was so excited. I purchased 5 of the new shades. After they were delivered, I was so excited and swatched them. That's where my excitement ended. They changed the formula, and not for the better. They are very hard-pressed. The old formula was creamy. These are chalky feeling, and if you want pigment to show up for a simple swatch, you have to swirl your finger around and press down a fair amount. Out of the 5 shades I purchased, which were Shame on you, Sweet on you, Shine bright, Flirt it up, and Over the top. Shame on you was the shade i was the most excited about. Sweet on you is workable with a beautiful subtle sheen. Over the top is a flat matte and workable, and Flirt it up is chalky and hard pressed, but it is a dupe in color to Cherish by Pat McGrath just without the sheen. I am so disappointed 😞. I am so glad I purchased other blushes from other brands. Hopefully, they will listen to their customers and change the formula back to the old one, but I doubt it.
