So unusual, do not normally wear a floral fragrance. Like opening a cellophane bunch of fresias on initial spray. Like a heady summer bouquet that dries to a clean fresh small white flower on clean white linen by its end. As I say not my usual choice but beautiful for its shear originality. If you don't follow the pack just buy it and enjoy.

I must have sampled 30 before I picked this one. Jeu de peau is my favorite from the same parfum maker but Sephora does not carry it. Still satisfied with the scent, reminds me of the osmanthus tree in my grandparents court in my childhood. It flowered every Autumn, a fine carpet of petal, except the year my grand mother passed …peculiar.

I've been wanting to purchase this for a while so did so just recently. I absolutely adore the fragrance - one of my favourites - but my issue is it requires reapplying throughout the day if I wish to smell delicious constantly. For this reason it is disappearing much quicker than any of my other fragrances and at $162 that makes it a little expensive - I'm pretty sure I'll only get another two-three weeks out of it.I'm disappointed but that won't stop me buying nearly 90% of my beauty products from Mecca! And I'm still on the hunt for the perfect fragrance!

Love this perfume, its light and very easy to wear. Its the scent of springtime. Floral, clean and not too sweet. Nuit De Cellophane is a beautiful fragrance!
Splendid, warm sunshine and sand in the pine trees, sweetly dark, resinous, scent heaven. Not everyones cup of benzoin, but fantastic on men and women, myself being the latter, Ive always preferred the dark, woody, spicy, dark green scents made for men, so glad we dumped the gender bias for most fragrances, but still kept some exclusive for each. SL scents can be odd, but mostly theyre stunning, and I only own four, but looking forward to adding more. This scent is loved by many and hated by some, but its one you must at least try if you love standing apart from the crowd of the runofthemill fruitysweetvanillamuskaquaticcitruswhite floral scents.
GREAT price This usually retails for hundreds of dollars but is half that here. Shipping was relatively fast and my perfume arrived safe and sound even a day or so earlier than the estimated arrival day I work in a State office and many folks are perfumesensitive so overpowering scents just arent appropriate. With Feminite du Bois people will notice you and not what perfume youre wearing. Not super longlasting but more subtle scents rarely are. A little reminiscent of French classic Chanel No 5, this is a pretty, light perfume for when you want to charm not overwhelm.
