Love it! I needed a vacuum that was easy for me to use with worsening strength in hands. Needed to be able to easily remove battery, take apart and light enough to carry upstairs. This covered all criteria. Having two batteries means that I can leave one charging upstairs, and removing one before I take the cleaner upstairs making it lighter to carry. Does a good job of the edges. As I don't have pets, I use the pet attachment to vacuum the mattress.

It doesn't get into corners like my previous hoover and the charge isn't great at all.Honestly, I'd avoid! Does what it says, I have arthritic hands and it's so much easier to use, my other hoover a Dyson I had to keep my finger on the button the whole time I was cleaning it was agony. I also love that I don't have to keep emptying it manually. Also I have wooden floors and love how it changes to vacuum the rugs with no effort of having to lift it all the time.

At first this was great and picked up well and worked well. Gradually it failed to pick up and deposit into the chamber at the top (which then should deposit debris into the bin at the bottom of the cleaner). It failed to up anything after we'd cleaned all the filters etc and became very hot with an awful smell of burning. JL are refunding us the full amount any hassle so very happy with them.
wow, i love this vacuum it's lightweight, doesn't get tangled with hair and doesn't set my asthma off everytime i have to empty it. ingenious idea of self emptying is fantastic and has a good run time to do my detached 3 bed house 🏠Top Job Shark!
The vacuum is light , smooth and easy to use . Emptying system is very clean . Only downside is that it needs charging more frequently than I expected
