Very well designed, easy to use %26 cleans very well. Picked up stubborn dog hair in the trunk of my suv. I cleaned my white sofa sectional with it and was amazed at the job it did. You do have to use a bit of pressure for the machine to suck up all the water from the spray during each pass, though. I wish that was a little stronger, but overall, it's a great little machine. The attachments are really neat, too. The bigger attachment slides right over the crevice tool, which is convenient because all you have to do is take it off to clean a tight area and then snap the bigger attachment right back over it to continue cleaning. The separate clean and dirty water tanks are easy to lift up, fill %26 clean with no mess, and they dont leak! Theres even a separate tank for their special oxy cleaner. Highly recommended.

Received this yesterday, got to try it out today. Out of the box, it is impressive, seems relatively easy to clean. It has many similar features as the 4 Bissell machines I have had, which is good except for the hose. The pet cleaner head works quite well if you get the larger chunks up with a paper towel first! I was doubtful, at first, but happy with the results! The reason I purchased this unit was because every Bissell I have had has been rendered useless due to the hose splitting at either the end where it attaches to the head or the end where it attaches to the machine. Bissell has a 1-2 yr warranty (depending on the model) and of course, the hose splits after that. It looks as though the StainStriker hose may be replaceable in the future, or at least I hope so! I also hope the Shark people will stand behind their product and listen to the consumer rather than ignoring the complaints and doing nothing to change the product design. I own 3 other Shark products (Lift Away, Rocket, and Handheld cordless vacuums) and though they are older, they continue to serve me very well. I would really like to find out how to become a SharkNinja tester, as I always seem to have suggestions for little tweaks to make the products better! The hose issue is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars, otherwise, I recommend the StainStriker.

First of all, I love how light and portable this machine is even when filled up with water and the cleaners. With the cleaners, it does an excellent job of removing stains. I had an area in my truck that had a large French vanilla spilled. That was a couple months ago and when I cleaned it three days ago, I was able to remove everything! Very impressed! As for the hose length, I have a Canyon and when the machine is on the ground, the hose will reach to the raised centre section, so can’t quite clean the whole truck with it on the driveway. One more thing I want to mention is that the machine only used around half of the concentrated blue labeled cleaner once the water and yellow labeled cleaner compartment was empty.
