A soft shave sounds weird but these paired with my Green + Kind Reusable Safety Razor have been just that. It's rare for me to cut myself now that I've gotten used to the new technique but on the off chance that I do I bleed far less than what I used to using a disposable razor. They also leave my legs feeling less stingy than they previously had been and I'm also getting a lot less ingrowns. Also smooth enough to use on my more intimate areas without an issue. My fiance also finds these great and has said they give him a very smooth shave that lasts well.

Got a 5 pack as a sample with my 1st order. Very nice blades. This was the first blade I used when I started shaving with a safety razor 2 months ago. Shaves nice and close, although I've nicked myself a couple of times while learning the ropes and refining my shaving technique. I shave about 3 times a week, and so far in my experience the blade lasts for at least 4 shaves. Noticed a slight skin irritation after shaving yesterday, but overall very happy with the sharpness and quality.

I tried these after years of using feather blades on my face. I now shave my head and found that the feather blades were not as forgiving and tended to cut my head in various places. After my first shave with these blades I had zero cuts and zero irritation on my bald head and face. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to shave their head or face.

Upon opening the first blade and doing the first pass it shredded my neck (have been using a safety razor for over 10 years now). Mind you the hair on my neck grows in different directions. Even shaving my face there was significant tug like it was having a hard time cutting even 2 days of hair growth. So I figured ok it was the first blade, upon trying again with a new blade same thing again. If you have small place on your face to shave and your hair grows in one direction I would say give it a try. Otherwise I would recommend to stay away from these blades
This is a mild blade, but it's still sharp enough to cut through coarse facial hair with little effort. The chrome coating on the edge of the blade provides a smooth shave with almost no irritation or razor burn. This is the only blade I will be using from now on. The quality is terrific for the price too! I ordered a box of 100 blades, and I haven't encountered one defective blade in all the time that I've been using them. I can usually get five shaves out of a blade before it starts tugging, and I have pretty coarse facial hair.
I find many of the sharper end of the scale blades leave me with razor burn irritation. These blades are very smooth and I had no irritation afterwards. I also had little to no nicks. As they are on the smooth end of the scale, It did not shave not as efficient after the first pass, but with subsequent passes you can get a great smooth shave. Will definitely be using these again, but will also try moving up just a little bit more on the sharpness scale.
Looking over the reviews, it seems these blades are too sharp, too dull or perfect, lol. I've become convinced there's more to a razor blade, like the razor, technique, quality control within the brand, etc, and what works for one guy may not work for the next. In any case, I have a medium beard and use an EJ D89L razor. I bought a 5-pack of Sharks just to give it a whirl. I stopped after two blades. Too much tugging, got a couple of nicks for the first time in months and overall just not a comfortable shave. Derby, Wilkinson and Astra continue to be my blades of choice, but I've got 10 or 12 other brands in my drawer waiting for their chance.
Very gentle and forgiving blades that deliver a good shave. Perfect to learn double bladed shaving with. Excellent for light to medium beard types. I have used them for a while now without any cuts or nicks at all. Comfortable and smooth.#konkurranse
I tried these blades (full disclosure, I received 12 of them free with two of my razors and in a sample pack) in a Parker 65 a Parker 24 and in an Ikon slant. They work OK for 2-3 shaves but even when new they felt "scratchy" and rough on my face. The shave with a 3 pass with touch up was barely DFS on day #1 and by the 3rd shave was only a CCS. I tried 3 blades and will be giving the rest away.I'm know that some folks find these to be excellent but as the saying goes YMMV. Even if they gave me a close shave, I suppose I've been spoiled by other blades that just feel so much smoother on my face. I guess I would sum this review up by saying they felt and shave like a disposable razor...OK in a pinch, but not if I could avoid them.
