This vacuum is absolutely wonderful! This model is about 20% smaller than a full size upright, making it extremely maneuverable and lightweight. Despite the smaller size, its very powerful. It does an excellent job on hard floors as well as carpet. The suction is very strong and works well with the attachments. There were only a couple small scratches on the vacuum when I unboxed it but other than that it looks new! I am thrilled with my purchase, 10 out of 10!!

My wife and I are loving our new refurbished Shark vacuum for the lower level of our home. There's no question in our minds that Shark makes the best vacuum around for the money. Great suction, very reliable, and easy to operate and maintain!

Vacuum came earlier then expected . I knew it said refurbished but didnt expect it to have the old filters in it!! They were cleaned with bleach so instead of being white like they are when you buy a brand new vacuum they are an off yellowish color.. kinda grossed me out:. Other than now needing to buy new filters, the vacuum works great!

I was absolutely THRILLED when I opened the box and after I put it together and went after my living room area rug, I was delighted and horrified that I got OVER A HALF CUP OF DUST from a 10 x 10 rug! I'm going to go over my entire house inch by inch. I LOVE THIS VACUUM!
This is a "reconditioned " vacuumShark vacuum arrived ahead of schedule in good order. this is my 2nd Shark,I highly recommend them,like the Xtra size of the container. enjoy the swivel head.works well for my smaller apartment. Wouldn't hesitate to buy a reconditioned from Wal-Mart.
Love the vacuum! Works great very nimble turns on a dime lots of suction. Only minor fault is the dirt collector is a little small so has to be emptied often, especially with golden retriever fur. Nice long cord too.

I bought this for my mid-80 year old Mother-in law for this upcoming Christmas 2020. Decided to assemble and try it out first at our house. This unit has plenty of suction and is very easy to maneuver, removed the canister and attached the power head and decided to clean my carpeted steps...incredible....I thought they were clean...turns out the dog hair we thought removed from the carpet was still embedded in the steps and risers... Very easy to put together. Great suction. Like how it come apart to vacuum the stairs. Nice extra parts. Very satisficed. Better then my old Shark.
Not as fast as the larger Professional version mdl pet deluxe gray, slower, and heavier tho just as sturdy. Comes complete with utility tools. Excellent suction as promised. The only drawback is the emptying process. Unclips to empty large dust bin. Which means clips will eventually break or springs will fall free from daily use.
Very easy to handle,it is not cumbersome. light weight, cleans bare floor and the lights spot dirt under desks and table that are most likely missed in the bright light. Didnt realize how many dust bunnies were under there. Was wanting this vacuum for a while but had to wait until my old one gave out.
