These are beautifully made pillowcases. However, they are still not very soft, supple, velvet-like. How do I know? Because I have velvet-like pillowcases now that have small tears and am trying to replace, find similar kinds - supplies are low right now and perhaps that is the problem.

Crisp and cool and heavy - truly hotel quality. A delight to sleep in and on (we also have the bedding) it's all we use, summer and winter. Sheridan also have great customer service!

I bought sheets of this makeâ Sheridanâ for 12 years I always love them beautiful cotton it feels beautiful to the skin . As the price reflect the quality. This sheet however the cotton is silky and slippery also collect fluff ,it does not feel as good as my other sheets, this finish does not need to iron and itâs Not generous on the size, itâs difficult to fit it and the corners does not fit the sheet itâs to small. I am reluctant to pay high price for something that I am Not satisfied a 100 % so I give only 3 starts.
Sheet feels luxurious but king size deep fitted sheet is just too big; my mattress depth is 28cm but still too big. Sheet crumples up and creases because of size. Bought 2 but will return second as unopened. If quality alone would have scored higher but has to be overall 2 as these sheets are expensive and now unable to use. Just about to swap mattress for one that is 25cm in depth so definitely wonât use despite description stating for mattress 25-38cm in depth! Very disappointed.
One pillowcase in the sheet set frayed on the folded edge yet necessitating replacement. The new pillowcases are more âbaggyâ thatâs the old ones - more space around the Sheridan pillows we have, although still standard size that I ordered,Love the quality feel of the fabric as always, as well as the design features
Disappointing. Bought to replace high thread count Sheridan pillow cases bought 10+ years ago. Not as smooth as old ones. But the real disappointment is that the envelope closure is too short relative to old cases. The pillow case barely closes over the pillow and it is no longer possible to sleep on the closure side as it pulls open. Given the high cost of these items, it is pretty disappointing. I bought Sheridan as I trusted the brand and I had good experience over the previous decade. I am hoping that otherwise, they will perform as well as the last set.
Sheridan 1000 thread count pillow cases are just the best to sleep on. They feel so luxurious on your skin ! The fabric washes really well, you can wash in hot or cold water and you do not need fabric softener (I never use it). And if you wish to iron them, they also iron easily. I have found the pillowcases last a long time (this is not my first pair) and they just get softer and more comfortable with age. I think they are excellent value for the money and once you have slept on 1000 thread count sheets and pillowcases, youâll think any lower thread count is too thin and not worth your money - youâll never buy anything else.
These pillow cases are very well built, unfortunately the fabric is very coarse. If you can afford to I would highly recommend buying spending a little bit of extra money on pillow cases that have a higher thread count.
I bought these because I have a large latex pillow with a special dustmite cover which normal pillowcases don't fit. I have previously bought similar Sheridan which are only just wearing out. Quality fabric with a nice feel.
