Great cassette. Easy to swap out my old Ultegra 11-34T cassette, no need to re index gears. Nice and light, came in at 209g on the scales which is slightly less than claimed. Nice shifting. Using on an otherwise ultegra set up. Time will tell on longevity.

This is my second purchase of this cassette.First one of these I purchased lasted 8000 mi. with no signs of wear that would warrant replacement yet.I kept it clean and changed the chain when worn. Unfortunately I snapped two teeth on the 11 tooth and 14 tooth when a small piece of metal road debris flew up into my drivetrain. Maybe obvious but clean chain and sprockets at least double your mileage. That said, an Ultegra cassette is a lot more durable if you don't mind a small weight penalty.

Only reason didn't give a 5 star was the 4 cog was not cut properly from factory. Two of the teeth were imprecisely cut and when the chain hits them, the chain makes a noise.Otherwise purchased on a sale, and was worth shaving over 100 grams for from stock cassette.So far the wear isn't bad (only have 1,000 miles on) but will probably do Ultegra next time, since not really saving a lot of weight between the two.

Light. Strong. Excellent shifting. Great price. I just wish Shimano had slightly different steps in their gear progression. I grew up cobbling together custom gear progressions to suit my own riding preferences and miss the mix and match approach that vintage cassettes allowed. Oh well. Such is the cost of progress.
This was a great price point and the product itself is top notch. Even though I run Sram Etap, I prefer to use Dura Ace cassettes because the performance is far better. I've always had a great shopping experience when purchasing through Jenson!
Needed a cassette for a trainer. Bought this one for the bike and moved the one on the bike to the trainer. The 28-12 gear set is great, especially when climbing, you always have the exact right gear. Occationally I miss the 11 tooth cog on donwhills, but a fast cadence one in a while on a downhill is not missed as much as the fine ratio is appreciated all the time. This one really shifts smoot too.
Have used Campy, SRAM and Shimano top end. The shimano cassettes and overall drivetrain works perfectly, silently and under pressure. Provided you keep an eye on chain wear and change the chain when needed the block will last >20k. Also keep an eye on the freewheel wear as this can cause lateral movement and wear on the cassette. Never had any creaking etc - I always clean off the cassette and freewheel to Esher no grit/dirt before fitting and us a torque wrench per the instructions.Got one on my climbing wheel and 3rd chain in and 12k and still just as smooth.
After about a 1,000 miles, my cassette started creaking something awful when I was in the easiest cog... and it started happening in the 2nd easiest after a while too. My LBS was helpful and recognized that this is an issue that Shimano recognizes. The good news: Shimano will replace it for free... apparently just once per customer. The bad news: I've been a Dura-ace consumer since the '90s... my expectations of Dura-ace is that it will be durable and light. Instead, it is expensive and light, but not durable. I hope the rest of the group lasts longer, but my confidence in the brand is now shaken.
What can I say about the most advanced cassette in the world. Pricey, yes but beautifully designed and executed. Lightweight avenue to precise shifts.
