Great price for an entry level set up. Good to learn on and great if its something you aren't going to use all the time. Simple to use drag system and cant fault the Shimano quality.

The rod broke the first time I used it, with only hooks and sinker
got for about $100 and spooled with 20 lbs mono. Very hard wearing reel, very robust especialy for the price. The handle is quite small which causes my hand to cramp when winding a lot of line in,Great for droping snapper baits, plenty of power and line capacity for this application.its alright for trawling small hardbodies for tailor, salmon, bonito ect.just keep your expectations low, it won't perform like a top of the range trawling reel, but fo what it is, its great.
